Lors de ma réservation, j’avais noté 3 adultes et 2 enfants et vous m’avez proposé cette chambre. Vous auriez dû me prévenir que par défaut, il me faudrait rajouter un lit et le payer chaque jour. La chambre est trop petite pour 3 adultes et 2 enfants. Impossible de changer de chambre puisque l’hôtel était full. J’estime que vous m’avez mal conseillé. Pour 3 adultes et 2 enfants, elle ne devrait pas apparaître !!!!

Qe have up’s graded our rooms and the personal told us it was 20$ for upgrade. Maybe we didn’t understand, but she didn’t explain correctly to us. Invoices pass from 450$ to total 1000$ for just one night.. this was totally absurd! We were disappointed, but the hotels was very pretty

The staff was not friendly the hotel was going through some sort of maintenance and when I got my car back from Vallet now I have a problem with my shifter. Horrible experience room had food in the fridge from prior guest and it was nothing like the picture shown when I booked

Hotel Management 101 - F- Failing grade BASIC HOTEL AMENITIES OF TELEVISION, CABLE, OR INTERNET WERE NOT PROVIDED OUR ENTIRE STAY. The constant string of lies from all levels of hotel management was insulting and infuriating. This is far and away the most mismanaged hotel we have ever been to, and the worst hotel stay we have ever had. The inability to provide basis service that is expected in any hotel room is inexcusable. We arrived at 3:50 PM for the hotel check-in time at 4:00 PM. We sat in the lobby waiting for 2 ½ hours, waiting for our room to be ready. Of the three managers we spoke with, not one would tell us what the problem was or why with 1,514 guest rooms we had to have this exact room. We missed our dining reservation. We finally got in our room at 6:30 PM. This Premium Room (Suite) View had no television, cable, or internet, the previous guest’s crayons, and stickers everywhere, the room was not clean and there were no towels. After contacting engineers/maintenance immediately, waiting for 2 hours, they could not get the television, cable, or internet to work. We came to find out that we were put in the room knowing that there was no television, cable, or internet and that it could not be fixed during our stay. We were told this at the end of the second day after speaking with a manager on the phone asking why we still didn’t have television, cable, or internet. OUR WHOLE VACATION WAS RUINED!

This property is very convenient, the boardwalk is walking distance. The water taxi takes you to Hollywood studios and Epcot. You can see the fireworks. There are smores and movies at the beach and there are 5 pools. Very nice disney magical stay.

Great pool day!! $250 for a hotel room and all day at the pools is an excellent value compared to the price of water parks in the area. We enjoyed room service and the playground as well.

Room was not as expected for a resort. Toilet made noise the entire time, parking was confusing for first time guest, carpet ripped, hole in the wall, crumbs under bed (dropped something under it) and trash on the outside overflowing the entire stay. Pool was very nice but everything is an add on at Disney prices.

The food options were all pretty pricey! Like very pricey. The Magic Kingdom bus drops you at TTC. That’s fine, but I didn’t know. It would have been nice to know that ahead. The location is great of coarse. The property is beautiful and the staff was great!

It’s cited as a Deluxe hotel, while it’s decent , the proximity to Epcot and boardwalk area is the best thing and the reason to get this hotel. Resort fee and parking fee are seperate charges that need to be factored in.

We have stayed at this location 3 times to visit Disney. This last time I felt the room and hotel was not kept up well. The hallways and elevators feel dingy. The balcony was extremely small. Great location if visiting Disney. They good neighbor hotel benefits make this a great option. Love how many restaurants are on this property. Beautiful pool with slides that the whole family loved. I hope the hotel gets the updates it needs as we love staying here.

BEWARE! not only do they charge a $45.00 resort fee, but an additional $36 a night to self park your car in a lot that had ZERO PARKING. We were forced to park at the other resort and walk across the bridge to our hotel in 90 degree heat. But wait there’s more. They also charge a $100 a night incidental charge that stays on your account until you check out. We had an additional $400 charged to our debit card that we weren’t expecting at the moment of arrival. I’ve stayed here multiple times over 12 years and never had this happen in the past.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location and transportation options were great. So easy to get to the parks from there. There is quite a few dining options as well. The property is beautiful and you can see the Epcot fire works from the beach. They have free smores and a movie In the evening down at the beach too. The pool had a really fun atmosphere. We didn’t have trouble getting lounge chairs which was nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially if you’re going to the Disney parks. The Staff are great too.
