Le Service de Navette vers l'Aéroport La Guardia avait fait en sorte que nous avions choisi cette Hotel. Nous avons telephoner a l'Hotel de la Terminal C en soirée pour recevoir le Service. On nous a demander d'attendre dans la Zone Mauve au Premier etage. Apres 30 minutes d'attente nous avons télephoner a nouveau. On nous a demander de se rendre a la Terminal D. Malgré le froid et notre fatigue nous avons dù marcher jusqu'a la terminal D. Encore 30 minutes d'attente et toujours rien. Nous avons appeller pour une 3ieme fois a l'hotel qui nous ont demander une nouvelle fois de changer d'endroit pour attendre l'arrivé de la navette. Finalement apres 1heure 30 d'attente au froid dehors vers minuit le soir nous avons pris la navette. Nous avons finalement opter pour prendre un UBER les autres soir de nos vacances en revenant de Manahtan. Le matin je prenais mon petit dejeuner, une petite souris marchait sur le plancher et est arriver sous ma table et a monter sur mon soulier. Vous pouvez vous imaginer mes cris et l'indigestion qui a suivi. Je suis aller aviser le personnel au Lobby. Ils ont attrapper la fameuse souris mais JAMAIS on ne m'a dit désoler, etes vous bien? RIEN. En faisant mon check out j'en ai discuter avec la personne a la reception, la meme a qui j'avais aviser de la presence de la souris le matin d'avant, de ma deception et encore une fois rien. On semblait se moquer totalement de mon insatisfaction. Impossible pour nous de dejeuner a nouveau.

We booked the room online through Expedia. Easy to do, easy to pay, efficient email confirmation. Checkin caught us a little off guard, had to whip out the credit card to cover the (refundable?) security fee. Wonder why it was not included when reserving the room… convenient location by the airport, actually no noise from planes! Complimentary breakfast was appreciated. Would stay again.

Average hotel with old amenities. Rooms are a bit antiquated, and i had to switch rooms due to a room with a bad smell and nonfunctioning heating system. The staff was curtious, and switched me to a different room after i complained. The hot water system is irregular. In the middle of a shower, cold water started to come out. It was convenient to get to LGA.
