Rude , not available , rooms not up to standards and not worth the price , very noisy at night ( told this is how it is wait after midnight it will not be that noisy...). A whole in the door. 75% of employees do not speak english... No one to help for luggage at departure ( escalator up to reception but stairs down... Breakfast with 2 coffee machines out of service , 9h45am not much left to eat. Restaurant not opened. Not worth the price and 4*

Énorme complexe qui dispose de son magasin, sa cafétéria et de sa salle de sport. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Bonne literie. Tout confort (machine à café, frigo, coffre, repassage...) Proche commerces et Oxford street , facile d'accès (métro Marble Arch ou bus 30 devant accès directe a King Kross ) Très bon petit déjeuner (copieux et beaucoup de choix)

L’hôtel est à 2 pas d’Oxford street une rue très commerçante où il a une quantité de magasin divers. A 2 pars également du parc . Les chambres sont propres et le personnel très efficace .

Très bon séjour
Nous avons réservé 3 chambres pour 2 nuits. Situation idéale à 2 pas de Hyde Park et du métro Marble Arch. Accueil très chaleureux et souriant en réception à l'arrivée, et au départ. Bravo et un grand merci à Samid qui nous a trouvé une chambre à 2 lits en 2 minutes. Très bon petit déjeuner. Grand choix de fruits frais, de viennoiseries et de pains. Chambre très confortable, bien équipée avec une machine Nespresso et une bouilloire. WIFI performant et gratuit.Quelques bémols toutefois : impossible d'utiliser le téléphone de la chambre, les sachets de café n'ont pas été renouvelés et l'aspirateur a sans doute été passé très vite dans une des chambres… Mais très bon séjour, et hôtel à recommander.

Hôtel très calme malgré sa taille. On y dort très bien. Personnel très agréable, petit-déjeuner continental parfait. Localisation extra à 2min du métro et des commerces. Petit bémol : la taille du canapé-lit, trop petit pour deux enfants de 7 et 10 ans. On recommande vivement et nous y retournerons volontiers.

Thistle really need to sort out the lifts. There are just 2 and queuing for 15 to 17 minutes is not unusual. Also, our room wasn’t properly refreshed for check in. No shower gel!

The room and facilities in the room were excellent, but housekeeping forgot to service the room on the first day then came into the room ignoring the do not disturb light on the second morning. Only 2 lifts available for use which meant getting a lift was always difficult.

Great location for shops, restaurants and Tube. Room were clean, beds comfortable, and decent size. Only downside was that there were not enough lifts, which led to long wait times during checkin and checkout times in particular. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Gute und zentrale Lage, Zimmer gut ausgestattet und für Londoner Verhältnisse recht gross. Frühstück reichhaltig, aber teilweise lange Wartezeit vor den Kaffeeautomaten. Nervig war der Fahrstuhl, hier liefen nur zwei von vier. Deshalb teilweise lange Schlangen. Soll aber bis Sommer wieder alles in Ordnung sein.

Very nice hotel, large rooms, especially when compared to other hotels in London. Great location, close to Bond Street, Marble Arch, and the Elizabeth Line Tube stations. Plenty of shopping available. Hop on hop off bus tour close by. Found the elevator service insufficient for a hotel of this size. Staff and dining options were very good. Hotel was extremely clean and had a nice up to date feel about it. We would definitely recommend The Thistle Marble Arch Hotel.

Overall the hotel was good, it just has 1 major problem… there’s a lack of elevators. It’s a big hotel with only 2, so it’s very difficult to get in and out of the property. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I was on the first floor, and definitely don’t stay there if you’re elderly and can’t take the stairs.

Everything was good but really the limited number of elevators for a property of this size is a real pain in the neck. Going out or into the hotel is a real expedition. You may need sometime more than 10 minutes to go from the 6th floor to the 1st floor (reception). Otherwise, room clean and personnel very helpful and polite.

Dit hotel beviel ons zeer goed. We waren met drie: vader, moeder en zoon van 12. Mooie ruime kamer voor ons 3. Heel netjes, genoeg schone handdoeken indien nodig. Shampoo, zeepjes, bodylotion voorradig. Altijd een paar drankjes (water (dieet-)cola) in de koelkast. Deze was trouwens ook superhandig voor eigen drankjes. Een top ontbijt, plaatsing van gasten supergoed en gestructureerd geregeld. Eten en drinken genoeg en lekker. Personeel heel aardig! Enige minpunt: Jammer dat men (volwassen/arrogante) gasten die heel hard zitten te telefoneren tijdens het ontbijt of (race-)filmpjes zitten te kijken tot zichtbaar ongenoegen van de overige gasten daar niet op durft aan te spreken. Verder top! 👍 Er wordt veel gezegd over de liften; het klopt dat het voor dit grote hotel wat weinig liften zijn, maar ja "geduld is een schone zaak" zeker als je er voor je vakantie bent en als je je gewoon netjes aanpast aan de nette mentaliteit van de Engelsen, komt ieder op zijn beurt boven en/of beneden. De ligging van het hotel is ook top: midden in het centrum en toch hoor je niks van het lawaai van de stad. De metro van Marble Arch om de hoek, wat wil je nog meer. Echt geweldig. Wij komen zeker nog eens hier terug.

The staff were fantastic. We needed an early check in as we were off to the Kings Garden party and despite getting there at 11am, Pav who was working on the front desk managed to get us a room so we could get dressed amd ready to go as early as we could. They truly went above and beyond!

Good size room comfortable beds. Great AC. Free complimemtary bar in room always restocked. Walking distance to tube shopping seeing the sites. Polite helpful staff. Only downside needs more lifts, but this was in progress during our visit. Highly recommend a stay here:)
