Superbe séjour
Nous avons été très bien accueillis lors de notre sejour. L'hôtel est tres bien situé, une station de métro est situé à moins de 5 minutes de marche. La décoration de l'hôtel est superbe et la chambre également. Un petit plus pour la literie qui est très confortable.

Quiet, discreet, relaxing, and friendly!
We stayed at the Hoxton for a weekend with friends. The staff is very pleasant and super responsive! The hotel is very well located! The restaurants and bars are pleasant and of very good quality. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable. The sound insulation is superb, we were alone in the world :)

Nicely decorated
Positives: - Nice decoration and vibe, friendly staff, close to Southwark station, Shard and Tate - Has two restaurants which is very convenient. Noise from restaurants was not perceptible from the rooms - Loved the possibility to get a small breakfast delivered for GBP 4 - exactly what you need, at a good price - Little to no single-use plastic (e.g. most soap in the bathroom was refillable) Negatives: - The hotel charged my credit card during the night before checking out, without asking. Made me pretty uncomfortable - Room (had the mid-sized Cosy one) is rather small, wardrobe would not be suited for 2 people for more than 1-2 nights - Mattress was very soft, did not find that very comfortable - Would recommend to have the usual signs "make up my room / dnd" to avoid multiple knocking from housekeeping

Très décevant pour un 4 étoiles. - Chambre minuscule - Aucune aération dans la chambre et les WC - Aucune isolation. On a l'impression que les voisins sont dans notre chambre C'est au mieux un 3 étoiles moyen

Très bel hôtel mais pas d'eau chaude le matin dans la douche (robinetterie cassée). Proposition d'alternatives du personnel mais mauvaise expérience.

Établissement particulièrement cosy. Personnel au top. Expedia avait oublié de préciser que nous étions trois, le personnel s’est démené pour trouver une solution alors que l’hôtel était plein. Situation idéale pour le tourisme. Petit-déjeuner excellent mais un peu cher.

Les chambres, bien que petites -- mais c'est malheureusement la norme à Londres -- sont hyper propres et très joliment décorées; le personnel, tant du côté hôtel que du côté resto est super sympathique. On mange d'ailleurs bien au restaurant Albie, et l'ambiance dans le lobby est agréable, peu importe l'heure du jour!

Not up to the standard of other Hoxton’s. Food was overcooked and simultaneously cold. The rooms are in need of some TLC. Comfy bed and bedding and overall clean bit needs some love. Staff great as always.

The room was lovely and we really enjoyed our relaxing stay. We were a bit disappointed by the Albie for dinner, it felt quite rushed and casual which I understand but wish it was a bit more special. The other thing is that there was a blood stain on one of our pillows, and the extractor fan in the bathroom was broken.

Ubiquitous but inoffensive Manhattan loft-style property that has borrowed heavily from the Ace hotel aesthetic. Saturated with would-be influencers. Strange musty smell to the room. Mattress had a waterproof mattress protector which made for an unpleasantly hot night’s sleep. Staff were pleasant. Would not rush back.
