Merveilleux Séjour
Le séjour au Marriott s'est extrêmement bien passé. L'hôtel avec sa situation exceptionnelle permet de se balader dans Izmir facilement. Le personnel est aux petits soins que ce soit à l'accueil avec Cagan, ou encore au petit déjeuner avec Emre et Sercan. Un grand merci à eux, sans oublier les autres membres du personnel qui sont justes adorables. Nous avions une chambre avec une vue sur la mer Egée, et chaque soir nous avions la chance de profiter d'un merveilleux coucher de soleil, la chambre est très confortable et le petit déjeuner exquis. Si j'ai la chance de revenir à Izmir, j'irais sans aucun doute au IZMIR MARRIOTT HOTEL.

Séjour exceptionnel ! Prix dans la fourchette -très- haute des prix sur Izmir, mais la qualité est là ! Tout est neuf, luxueux et très bien entretenu. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, le déjeuner excellent, bref, on en redemande ! Seul point à améliorer, le personnel ne parle pas toujours très bien anglais, même à la réception/concierge, ce qui peut être compliqué et qui ne devrait pas être le cas à ce niveau là d'excellence. Néanmoins, personnel très serviable et professionnel, MERCI !

This hotel is beautiful! The rooms are clean and spacious, with everything in the right place. The room feels comfortable and very well designed. Check-in took a little longer than expected, but the front desk team was polite and helpful. However, we had a bad experience at the spa, where we encountered a very rude and judgmental staff member who assumed that we couldn’t afford to stay in the hotel just by looking at us. Very disappointing, considering this is one of the biggest and most established hotel chains in the world, and we expect their staff to treat all customers with equal respect.

Top quality hotel with top quality staff!
This is the best hotel in Turkey, and I have stayed in many exceptional 5 star hotels. What makes this hotel so special are two things: the staff and the whole Marriott experience. It came across that every staff member absolutely loves their jobs and that they were proud to work in this hotel. I am going to single out a few people and services because it’s nice to give the credit for their exceptional work. Deniz embodies what exceptional service is all about. She truly cares about the guests’ needs and will do everything she can, via expertly crafted networking and great colleague relations, to get you the best experience. I am truly in awe of how well she looked after me. She would make a fantastic Marriott Manager and I hope the hotel offers her the training to get there. Ilaydin and the whole Lima restaurant team. Exceptional! The staff and chefs personalised every meal for me following surgery and with great care followed the Doctor's meal instructions. They made such delicious food I thought were not possible on a liquid diet. The housekeeping staff keep the hotel spotless. You can tell they take so much pride in everything they do. You cannot find one dirty spot anywhere! The maintenance team, called them because my water wasn’t hot enough and they came to fix it within minutes. The WiFi technician, security, valet and reception staff all absolutely top quality staff. I had the best Marriott experience of any Marriott in this hotel and I will be back.

Home away from home!
Chic modern property in an ideal location. Beautiful views of the Aegean Sea and plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. What made this hotel great was the staff. Some of our family members got sick during our stay and Deniz, Burak and Cagrihan did everything in their power to help us find the right doctor and medicines. Deniz even sent fruit to our rooms so our children would feel better. We were also impressed with everyone at the front desk and the bell boys. Thanks to this hotel staff we managed to have a great vacation and dealt with a minor medical emergency very smoothly.

12.11.2023-18.11.2023 tarihlerinde kizimla birlikte bu hotelde konakladik. Zaten giriste hotele güler yüzle karsilandik. Odamizdan denizi seyretmenin insana vermis oldugu huzuru anlatamam. Konak'ta heryere yürüyerek gidebilirisiniz. Konum olarak cok güzel yerde.Bütün calisanlar isteklerimizi hep yerine getirmek icin cok ugrasip cok çaba gösterdiler. Kahvaltiya indiginizde ise zaten o mis gibi ekmek kokusu ile karsilandik. Kahvaltida sadece kus sütü eksik. Birde denizi seyrederek kahvenizi icmenizi tavsiye ederim hic bir gerginliginiz kalmaz. Temizligi sıkı bir titizlikle yapan memnun etmek icin cok emek veren kat calisanlarina cok tesekkür ederiz. Saygida hic kusur etmediler. Izmirin en güzel hoteli diyebilirim. Hamaminida tavsiye ederiz. Bir dahaki izmire gelisimizde gene kalmak icin sececegimiz hotel illaki MARIOTT olacaktir. Bizde güzel bir ani biraktilar. Bir daha görüsmek üzere hersey icin tesekkürler

Berbat bir konaklamadı gece telefon durmadan çaldı rahat rahat uyuyamadik yan odamızda çalışma vardı boya badana işleri o yüzden kapı devamlı açılıp kapandı ses rahatsız ediciydi bornozla kıllar vardı

It was a lovely couple of days, the location was beautiful. The only problem was we had to use hotel’s common wc instead of room’s wc because wc’s air sits in the room and when you open a window mosquitos comes and eats you alive :/
