« Brandon Lodge is a very comfortable, clean and tidy place to stay. We had a garden room and although it’s off of a main road it was very quiet. I slept very well. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. We hope to stay again later in the year. »

« I have stayed at the Bowen’s before but it is now under new management. The good news is the quality of service is just as good as before. The rooms are warm and comfortable with attention to detail (homemade cake and fresh milk in room). I would highly recommend the Bowens - beautiful hotel and great village location. »

« Stayed in this lovely small hotel For a work trip. It’s in a slightly older style but still very pleasant. Michael and his colleagues were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay and the room was comfortable and had what I needed. Bed comfy and room tidy. Breakfast was fantastic. « Small friendly pub Excellent service . Food limited choice cooked well Room very small No wardrobe just hook on the back of the door. Bathroom also small. Comfortable room not much could have been done with the limited space. »
