Fijn hotel, buurt niet echt.
Prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Goede kamers, lekker bed, uitstekend ontbijt buffet. De buurt is wat minder. Erg onbekend bij taxichauffeurs. Deze kunnen het slechts met moeite vinden. Veel auto onderdelen winkels.Niets om gezellig rond te neuzen.

Pleasant budget hotel with polite & friendly staff
Great staff, very polite and friendly. Water could have been a little hotter. Slight leak from under the sink - no big deal. No heating or just wasn't very warm. Area is safe, but is in old town so not much around if you arrive at night. Lots of car part and lighting shops around. Found a really nice restaurant nearby where we had lovely tasty meals (chicken and rice and daal and rice) for not a lot of money. Fully recommend this for a short/overnight stay as it is near the airport (£10 taxi ride).

Stayed here fir 3 nights. Convenient to public transportation. shopping, eating establishments and DXB airport. The buffet breakfast had so many varieties to choose from and definitely a great amenity. Service was prompt and exceptional. I would stay again at this lodging property.

自動車部品の販売店が立ち並ぶエリアにあり、駅やショッピングモールにも10分ほどでいくことができます。自分はバスタブのある部屋で、スリッパまであったので、出張などで使うには悪くないと思います。 ただ、ソファでダニにさされたので、そこはマイナスポイントでした。

Every Guest has to pay tourism Dirham during check in. The travel agents and online platforms does not cover these charges. As per UAE Tourism Dirham rule Guest has to pay these charges per room per day according to hotel classification only during check in. It cannot be paid in advance. About these charges its mentioned by every hotel on every online booking platform on booking page. Mark Inn Hotel Deira is a 2 star hotel therefore the tourism Dirham charge is per room per day is AED 10. Hotel Apartments such as 3 bedroom hotel apartment the guest will have to pay for all 3 rooms in the apartment . not less then 20 per room or 25 AED daily . one unit of 3 bedroom will have to pay nearly 75 dirham per day per room. 4 star hotels and 5 star may have to pay 20 to 25 dihrams per room per day. I will this complain is absurd and the person has not stayed in the hotel nor he experienced his stay in mark inn Hotel Deira. In such a case its not fair somebody who did not stay is allowed to write a comment and degrade our rating. He have no name or record of booking and this name. But I assume may be this person booked this for Hotel for Khadija Zubeidi and she will tell you how kind and helpful our staff were. Their extras they paid here are AED 10x6 nights =60 and 35 AED non alcoholic minibar. Total AED 95.00 only. If you include even minibar . It does not comes to 5 euro per day. I wish the writer will correct or delete this wrong review. Not related to this issue, there are people from particular region books this 2star hotel which is well maintain and acceptional service. They pay for 2 star hotel but when they come here . They look for room as large as in 5star and parking , pool , bar , night club etc. We have clearly mention what we have and what we do not have and mark inn hotel Deira has almost correct and true information. We never want to pretend what we are not and cheat our guests.

Excellent value hotel
Wasn’t sure what to expect but this ended up being a great stay. I did a lot of research and this might just be the best budget hotel in the area, quite possibly all of Dubai. - Staff are very helpful and professional, responded immediately to all our queries. By far the highlight of our stay! - Surprisingly quiet and good sound isolation, you won’t hear any calls to prayer at 5.30 am as in other hotels - Daily thorough cleaning - Walking distance to both green (2min) and red (10min) metro lines - Close to Al Ghurair shopping mall and Al Rigga road (vibrant and walkable local neighborhood, rare for Dubai) - Breakfast is often included in the room rate (nothing luxurious, but you can get eggs or omelette fresh to order) - 24/7 room service - They offer excursions and airport drop-off - No deposits as they like to do in other hotels - You can actually crack the room window open to get some fresh air (which can be impossible to do in many other hotels in Dubai as the windows just don’t open) The neighborhood can feel a little scratchy to someone who has never been in this part of the world, but we felt completely safe even at night. We spent a week there and I’d 100% stay again on my next trip.

Wonderful experience! Everyone was so nice and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is very close to two different Metro stations and a mall with grocery shopping. I felt safe here as a solo female traveler. I'd definitely stay here again!

should be 5 star hotel even with no swimming pool
All staff excellent, rooms spotless, 2 minute walk from exit 2 Banyas Square subway station, buy Nol silver 25AED card at airport subway airport with credit card, easy to get to hotel with suitcase on subway(4 stops red line to Union then one stop green line to Banyas Square) Banyas Square has only 2 exits..as exit gates exit 2 is left. Resturant and breakfast service Excellent.. food fantastic" thanks to Muhammad, Adir, Pappa & cooks Rajanand Ghosh(as good as 5 star hotel).. Front Desk was excellent... thanks.Nadeem,Ratu Syam Furqan,Umiar.. also thanks to security for taxi/transport to pier Arshad,Mehfooz & Demesh. Also rooms & hotel was spotlessly clean ..we were party of 12 from Kong Kong..Will only stay here next time we come to Dubai • we were on a cruise and they even arranged transport for us at minimum charge, same as taxi a taxi ...I think they called it a pickup...4 people and all luggage for 60 AED.. .The only probem I could see for others would be the 2 minuite walk from exit 2 to the hotel...it is a simple walk but a map of the walk on the website would make it easier (I use Maps me)...also the hotel can arrange the desert safaris at a cheaper cost....I already booked on line but next time will use hotel to book...it is around 40% cheaper. They have other tours, I am sure cheaper.. Well done to all staff hope to meet you all again in the future...could manager also compliment cleaning staff for spotless rooms and immediate reaction to our many requests
