Bon séjour et personnels compétant
Un beau séjour, hôtel très bien, personnels agréables, et notamment Carlos qui prend et place les clients dans le self, car pour une meilleure organisation dans le self c'est le personnel qui vous palaces dans les tables. Juste malheureusement on a pas eu un grand lit et la literie doit être changé. Sinon très bien comme séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel. S'il peuvent aussi mettre de la viande Hallal c'est un plus. Cdt

Hôtel sympathique.La piscine est agréable entouréé de pelouse.Seulement bémol,il faut payer la location de transat.Le choix de la cafétéria est aussi à améliorer.

Je ne recommande pas cet hotel pour plusieurs raisons: 1- chambre attribué dans un 2éme bloc mal entretenu et donnant sur un débarra (il semble que c'est le bloque destiné pour les réservations à travers Expedia) 2- Responsable de restaurant arrogant. Il insiste à chaque fois pour vous placer là ou il veut même si le restaurant est vide 3- Impossible de trouver une place au parking même s'il y a des voitures qui ne sortent pas. Les responsables de l'hotèl auraient peu être arranger un peu les choses en mettant un valet. Un 2eme parking de l'hotel qui est payant était aussi plein 4- Une pente incroyable si jamais vous amuser à retourner de la mer à pied

Je tiens à remercier spécialement le maitre d’hôtel ( restaurant ), nous ne mangeons pas de porc, on nous préparait des plats à base de poissons . l’hôtel est dans l'ensemble à recommander.

Didn’t like noise most of the night other guests coming and going no respect for others sleeping , also very early morning people moving about and talking very loud

First stay at THB San Fermin. Stayed on a half board basis. Food was very good with lots of choice. Salad Bar had everything. Rooms were modern and very clean. Shower (walk in) was excellent with a powerful rain shower. Staff at reception were very very helpful and other staff in restaurant and bar were committed to providing excellent customer service. Definitely no complaints and will hopefully return in the near future.

Het is een fijn hotel op loopafstand naar de marine en trein (20 min). Netjes en schoon. Fijn bed, moderne badkamer. Enige nadeel was dat het erg gehorig is. Hangen wel bordjes in de hal maar het is logisch dat gaste niet stil naar hun kamer toelopen.

Overall a reasonable 3* hotel. Positives, clean and tidy, lots of sun beds and space, modern bathroom, comfortable beds, good a/c. Negatives, tatty in places, thin walls food not very warm, over crowded restaurant, limited free parking (€10 per day main car park) For the price I was happy with the hotel, however, needs a bit of renovation in places as looking worn and the rooms are very small, even superior! Main issue is the walls are thin and the rooms are very loud, you can hear people in other rooms clearly and if you’re unlucky to have loud neighbours you won’t sleep. Would return if live was good, paid £50 per night h/b, not worth much more as negative outweigh positives

Amazing value for money. Stayed half board. Good selection of food on the buffets. Fantastic location - close to the beach, bars, restaurants and the marina. Large pool with plenty of space to lie out on sunbeds. Reasonable prices at the hotel bar for drinks

Hotel was a great option for a one night stay to catch a flight from Malaga the next day. It was clean, standard room. We had to pay for pool towels and to use the safe in our room... this was unnecessary

Our 4th time at this hotel. It’s clean, tidy and in a great location. About 5 mins from the beach - yes up hill but it’s not the end of the world. I love that the outdoor space around the pool is so big. You don’t have to have a sunbed right next to you at all times!! Pool was freezing but it was refreshing once you were in. Food was good. Always good variety and found something to eat every meal. We were half bored and think it’s great value for money. The only issue we had is where they do the ‘show cooking’ people queue whilst the food is being cooked but that’s right in the way of half the other hot food so lots of people get funny about this. Only thing we found annoying, the hotel do what seem like coach trip type things so swarms of people arrive all at once in the restaurant and from our experience, a lot of them were really rude!! Overall; we love this hotel for what we pay you literally couldn’t get any better!

An excellent three star hotel with good food and friendly staff. The bedrooms are recently refurbished and the air conditioning if effective. The garden area is great for sunbathing and the bar is very reasonably priced. We enjoyed sitting outside for our breakfast and evening meals. Whilst the hotel was busy there was no queuing for coffee and fruit juice and there was a choice of freshly cooked meat or fish every night.Thanks to everyone at the San Fermin.
