Lovely hotel sitting on the South quay af Salford Quays. Room a good size and nice and clean and English buffet breakfast was excellent with attentive staff. Metro tram Exchange Quay stop was just across the road and you could walk to Media City UK in about 20 mins. Good size carpark that was quite busy but always managed to find a space and it was free. Would definitely stay here again. Had quayside room with lovely views. Very minor complaint was that we could hear the geese on the quay very early in the morning and the fridge in the room was quite noisy but soon got used to both.

So close to city centre especially by team. Rooms are clean warm and beds are comfortable. My only criticism would be about the lack of lights in the room. The staff in the bar and restaurants are amazing can’t do enough for you. The staff at reception aren’t as welcoming.

During our 2 day stay very loud fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. No apology given. Instead staff amazed anyone should query or object and stated going off in the middle of the night was for the safety and benefit of the hotel guests and was caused by steam produced when guests took showers?

Rooms need decorating, some furnishings tatty. Slept well, quiet. Hotel staff welcoming, good receptoin area and bar. Dining room good. Breakfast good, but could have more fruit options. Good value for money. Would stay again.
