We had to wait for at least a half hour before our rooms were ready and this was at 4:30pm!!! When we finally got to our room there were hairs in the bathroom sink. They sent someone up to repair the tv instead of cleaning the sink? Eventually the sink was cleaned. This morning there was no coffee available. I waited for some time and when I asked about the staff refilling the coffee I was told they get to it when they can. Overall, a very disappointing stay.
