In a good neighbourhood. Fabricshops nearby, and Paul, Coffeeshop. Friendly staff. Clean. Bathroom door didn't close, we got another room. Restaurant downstairs. Wifi stopped working upstairs after first day.

Very good hotel on Plateau.
Very good hotel on Plateau. Rooms are spatious, functional and tidy. Plenty of services. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices. Only negative comment is the air conditioning that is sometimes noisy.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I was charged to much for a late check out. First they admitted but cannot/ don’t want to refund. After that they said it was my own fault and indirectly accused me of lying. Never aigain.

I have been staying here since they first open the staff and everyone is very friendly and on point the property is very nice if I had any complaints at all, it would be the restaurant. I think there needs to be more consideration to the menu but the atmosphere and everything is quite nice

Very nice rooms and they do online reservations payment. WiFi, hot water, and A/C all working well. The staff are very friendly and there’s a security guard to allow 24/7 access to guests.
