Our stay at the Spa Hotel was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only issues were with some unusual policies at the hotel and I’m not sure they are exclusive to the hotel or standard in Sweden.
1st, the standard room has no tea and coffee making facilities, you need to upgrade to get a kettle (they will provide tea and coffee at reception but no cups or kettle in the room).
2nd, you cannot buy a drink at the bar and take it too your room. You have to drink it in the bar area.
On a plus, breakfast is amazing and the transport into the city centre is right outside the hotel and very reliable and affordable.
Would stay again.
