We booked this house so we could easily walk to the Dawn Service on Anzac Day with my in laws who are older and it was perfectly located for the memorial and the club afterwards. "Stayed here over the New Year with my adult kids & partners and my brother and his younger family. Enjoying our meals out on the patio, whilst taking in the views of Montague Island - fantastic. We even had a couple of rainbow lorikeets join us for some fruit. Kitchen was well stocked, with a multitude of cutlery, plates, bowls, cups to choose from. There was also lots of spare sheets and towels, including beach towels for us to use. The owner was very easy to contact when a small issue came...

"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."
