"We absolutely loved Hotel Basilica in Palma. It is tucked away beside the Basilica de Sant Francesc on a tiny street within walking distance to the Cathedral and the waterfront. We only had one night there but wished we could stay longer. The hotel is lovely and has an aura of relaxation. The lobby is beautiful and they offered us drinks on arrival. They also have a swimming pool and a bar. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of cold and hot options. The staff were super helpful and friendly....

"Absolutely awful that there is only ONE LIFT. We were always queuing. This hotel has 9 floors. And conference facilities. It was a farce. Breakfast was very good and staff all friendly and helpful. The restaurant was more of a cafe than restaurant , and the menu of the day only applies at lunchtime, so a bit of a shame. The room was fine but a ‘city view’ It wasn’t. Our room had frosted glass in the windows to shield us from the view of the back of neighbouring apartments and their washing....

"We enjoyed our stay here for one week. It was nice to have other dining options nearby and the local restaurants and small cafes that offer healthy food options amongst others, are definitely worth the visit, as the food was superb as well as the hospitality. The hotel is quiet and ideal for relaxing and reading a book. Avoid Magaluf if you value your time when away! The staff are very friendly and David at the front of house was more than helpful and willing to give advice on the area....

"Had a 10/10 stay at this hotel! Staff were excellent, facilities and hotel grounds are AMAZING, and the hotel room was superb. Our stay was topped off with live entertainment each night (flamenco dancers, singers, musicians etc), great buffet breakfast, free spa facility included in stay, and great views. If you want a relaxing stay this is it!! The only thing to note is that you can hear noise from other guests closing/opening doors but was not an issue past 10:30/11pm. Not sure why this hotel...

Rooms were comfortable with all the facilities you'd expect, although the decor is minimalist and clean. The breakfast was comprehensive with a wide choice of foods. "5 stars all around!! We were warmly welcomed at check in with a glass of champagne and very friendly service!! Huge shout out to the Kristal restaurant they have inside the hotel as well. We had a three course meal of the beef tenderloin and a sushi platter and Mochi for dessert paired with fresh fruit and the chef even brought us out his own creation of another seafood sashimi! The chef came out twice to greet us and ensure we were having a great meal which it was, the best meal I’ve ever had...
