Great hotel. Close to everything. Easy transportation. Comfortable room.

Grand hotel with great staff. Hotel feels a bit dated and the area is loud but convenient to sites. Bed was a bit hard. Bathroom was nice and spacious.

The hotel was nice and in a good location. Not much to do at the hotel other than drink but has a nice terrace and the staff were friendly.

We stayed here for a quick one night stop over on the way to Cinque Terre. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine for me and my partner that recently got engaged. Food was really good and nice Aperol Spritz. We stayed in the standard room which was still very nice. Highly recommend Hotel stay in Genoa.

Natalia at the front desk will help you with everything. We stayed 5 days and loved our time there. Breakfast was included with our room and they made us an omelette, cappuccino and had a lovely breakfast from 7:30-10:30am available to us. Our last day they served us late because we checked out at 11am, so kind. We played uno everynight at the restaurant from 10:30- midnight and had cocktails and Orlando Grondona cookies. Walter Grondona who works the desk at the hotel met us and he was great to us, sent us to see his sister Miki in Santa Margherita, she owns a gelato store front. She treated us so well. We would recommended this hotel to everyone, it is like a family, they treat you so well. Make recommendations and help solve issues. There is an open market from 7am-3pm Thursday’s great buys. Loved this location, hotel and their staff.
