"Well located hotel for Lincoln centre overlooking large traffic junction in the University Quarter. This is not quaint medieval Lincoln ( 12 min walk away) and the surrounding environment is harsh and full of ugly, student accommodation blocks. Big car park to rear but difficult to find as road signs are poor. Hotel signs also hidden by new building next door and not located on the street address."

Making our way to our room, number 46, we were disappointed to be greeted with painters and decorators in the unkempt corridors and rooms leading to ours however, we accepted this was part of the hotel upkeep. "This cosy cottage is close to the beach. It is easy to access and in a lovely setting. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. Would return in a flash. "

"For the amount paid the room and breakfast were good however things such as check in being at 4pm, having to book the pool in advance (we couldn't even use it the day of check out as it was fully booked) and general customer service (not having room number taken at breakfast and having to find staff member ourselves) let this place down "
