The rooms are spacious and the hosts are absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a relaxing and peaceful trip to Bruges. Breakfast was excellent and you have several options to choose from. This is also located in easy walking distance to the market square.

We had such a wonderful stay at this charming property over the Christmas holiday. Our host was gracious and welcoming. The property is beautiful and impeccably decorated while still feeling homey. The neighborhood is right outside of the main tourist location and easily accessible by foot. Highly recommend!

Wonderful! A beautiful bed and breakfast and a lovely place to stay over the Christmas holiday. Joeri and Broes were warm and welcoming. Excellent homemade breakfast to start the day. The property is on a quiet street and only a short walk to the square. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Bruges.

Maisonette Amodio - Fabulous!!!!
Superb! Lovely welcome from Yoeri and Broes who were wonderful hosts throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and the atmosphere very calming. Breakfast was a special treat every morning. 10 out of 10 and a definite recommendation for anyone looking for somewhere special to stay in Bruges.

An amazing one of a kind B&B experience in an old but wonderfully renovated home. Our private bathroom was larger than some entire hotel rooms we have stayed in. Geert & Henri should write the manual for how to create the perfect B&B because they have done it here. Breakfast served with ambience and cooked to you order Location is great...away from tourist areas but walkable and perhaps 100m walk to a free shuttle that drives through centre Bruges stopping at the train station. This is the place to stay in Bruges!

My daughter and I stayed at Maison Amodio for three nights on a recent visit to Bruges. We couldn’t have chosen a more lovely B&B! Our spacious, tastefully-decorated room, which overlooked Henri and Geert’s lovely garden, had a comfortable bed with quality linens, a well-appointed bathroom, and a Nespresso maker. Every breakfast was a treat, with flaky pastries, fresh fruit, and meats and cheeses. On our last morning, we had the extra treat of breakfast in the garden. We had a lovely stay in Bruges and at Madison Amodio. Geert and Henri are lovely and gave great recommendations for dinner at Christophe Bistro and waffles at Lizzie’s Wafels, both of which we enjoyed. It is clear they want you to have a great time in Bruges. Breakfast was delicious and filling, the room had all we needed, and there is a lovely garden and lounge space. We would happily recommend a stay here and in Bruges!

We had an amazing stay here. The property is beautiful with very comfy rooms and a lovely lounge area. Breakfast was delicious! Freshly made each day with so much choice and lovely homemade jams. You really could not ask for better hosts, very knowledgable on the city and so attentive from the start to finish of our stay. We had such a wonderful time in the magical city of Bruges, its really is beautiful. We look forward to coming back.

A+ for Maison Amodio
For us, Maison Amodio ticked all the right boxes. Convenient location for sightseeing? Check. Spacious, comfortable bedroom & bath? Check. Scrupulously clean? Check. And then there are all the check-plusses, like the fabulous decor, the generous, delicious breakfast, and the soothing quiet at night. Add to that Henri and Geert, wonderful hosts who care about their guests and are friendly, informative, funny and never intrusive. Check plus plus!!

This B&B exceeded all expectations! Garrett and Henri set the bar so high I can't imagine ever finding a better B&B. From the warm greeting and complimentary local drink they spent time providing us with a detailed history of Bruges, recommended the best local sites, as well as directed us to incredible dining. The common space is shared with other guests but the overall convenience and feel of the space was warm, friendly and inviting. They also provided us with an incredible home cooked and local meal the next morning. I would recommend Maison Amodio to anyone looking for a place in Bruges.

Wir haben Brügge und die traumhafte Unterkunft mit den tollsten Gastgebern überhaupt sehr genossen. Gastfreundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit pur! Fabulous , super stylish little Bed and Breakfast
This place is fantastic and Geert and Henri were great hosts. Our room was very large and with all the comforts and style you could wish for. The shower was hot and powerful and the bedding was luxurious and cosy. We even had a view over the city with the windmills and towers! The whole place was really tastefully furnished and there is a nice space for guests to relax if they wish. Breakfast was very high quality in terms of what was on offer and the ingredients used. We used their parking space for a fee which was secure and easy to reach. The only issue would be if you have mobility issues, check which room you are in as some have steep spiral staircase to reach.

Wonderful location. It was in a quiet part of the city, but very close walking distance to everything you would want to visit. The hosts were very kind and lovely to talk to. They made me feel right at home from the moment I got there to the time I left. The breakfast was INCREDIBLE. They went out of their way to make sure the food was fresh and delicious.

The Maison Amodio B&B offers fabulous, spacious accommodation where nothing is too much trouble for the hosts Henri and Geert. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed into their luxurious home and offered advice on places to visit, how to get around and where to eat. All of which were perfect. Henri is an excellent cook, baking a cake for breakfast each day with any leftovers being available for when you return in the afternoon. Their attention to detail is faultless and they ensure you have have a relaxing stay.

The best way to begin to savour this remarkable B&B is to sit on its compact back terrace in the middle of a riot of midaeval roofs and buildings out back there — and ask the owners about the hidden canal underneath, and about the history of the building. It’s a good story and they tell it well. This hotel is also a wonderful place to stay in — perfectly situated; comfortable; interesting; eclectic. And fun. Breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended!

A truly special place
We have just returned from a weekend stay at Maison Amodio. This is a truly unique and special place. Absolutely everything is of the highest quality. The decor is beautifully tasteful, everything is immaculately clean, and the location is ideal. But what makes this place really exceptional are the owners, Geert and Henri. We were welcomed more like old friends than hotel guests. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to be accommodating. Breakfast is really lovely, and Henri’s apple and nut jam is delicious! It all feels that bit more special than your average B and B with everything being served using silverware and beautiful crockery. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Bruges you will struggle to find anywhere better. We feel more like we have made new friends than just stayed at a B and B and we’re already working out when we can go back!!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de b&b. Super sfeervol ingericht, zowel in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte als op de mooie, ruime kamer. Geslapen op hele fijne bedden. Enorm aardige gastheer, die ons voorzien heeft van goede tips en elke ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt voorschotelde.

un super séjour
Nous avons vécu 3 jours, tout simplement, exceptionnels, dans une maison, avec tout le confort, un petit déjeuner fabuleux, et surtout un accueil, des plus chaleureux de la part de Geert et Henri. Toujours prêts, à rendre service, et à donner les meilleurs conseils, que ce soit sur la ville, et son patrimoine, dont Geert parle, avec passion, que ce soit, pour une adresse de restaurant, ou pour manger les meilleures gaufres de Bruges, ou pour trouver les chocolatiers d' exception, ou tout simplement, la boulangerie, aux viennoiseries succulentes. Habitués de Bruges, nous avons reçu le meilleur accueil à la Maison Amadeo, et découvert, de nombreux lieux, qui nous étaient inconnus L' hospitalité, est 3XL, dans cet endroit, ou l' on se sent, le temps de notre séjour, comme chez nous. B&B veramente carino, la mia camera era appena ristrutturata e quinid molto bella e ben tenuta. NOn hanno molte stanze ma il proprietario di casa ti fa davvero sentire a tuo agio, è gentilissimo e da consigli direi assolutamente da seguire. Si è dentro casa sua in pratica m ail osggiorno e la cucina sono bellissimi e molto rilassanti, zona molto sicura e silenziona a soli 5 min a piedi dalla piazza centrale di Bruges. Consigliatissimo!!!
