Dear Mr Feiger,Many thanks for taking the time to share your short experience at our hotel.We take customer feedback seriously and are committed to making things right when a stay hasn’t been as expected. However, we feel that the aforementioned account is somewhat misleading and deserves detailed clarification.Our surprise started with your disapproval of our location, as the calm nature of our historic square is usually prized by our guests, despite being in the city centre, a few minutes away from Brussels’ majestic Grand Place. We are, therefore, well served with a taxi service, to and from our property. In addition, we would like to highlight that the square and the surrounding streets are free of any graffiti. Furthermore, following a thorough investigation into your complaint with every member of the team, we weren’t able to find any communication in regard to your pre-arrival request for an additional person in the room. Even though it is in our policy to only allow an extra bed in our Prestige room, this was something that we were ready to bypass in order to accommodate your request once in-house, finding a possible last-minute solution. Though we understand that the proposed replacement did not live up to your expectations, as those rooms were not designed for such use, our occupancy did not unfortunately allow for any further alternatives. Your subsequent decision to depart left us disappointed. This is why, upon your later feedback, we did indeed offer you to return to Juliana Hotel Brussels with a free room night and a free upgrade on your next stay to let you truly experience our hotel. Nevertheless, despite the above specifics, we remain grateful for your feedback.We are sincerely saddened to read about your dissatisfaction yet we hope to one day be able to welcome you for an improved experience at Juliana Hotel Brussels.
