"Property was perfect for a relaxing overnight stay. My only issue was dining room staff took our order for tea / coffee informed us to use self service but we were not made aware in time that we would have to pre order fried/poached eggs , by the time our eggs were served we had almost finished eating our fried food which was by now cold. We had mot looked at menu as we went instead to use the self service . Clear communication would have prevented this occurring."

"This was a nostalgia trip for me, several decades after the last visit. Of course it has changed. Reception staff were great as they were busy when I arrived, explaining bar/dining options and the leisure spa. Our room was spacious and luxurious, the bathroom also roomy (although you couldn't reach the toilet roll holder from the toilet!) We used the swimming pool, the spa has great facilities. "Had a wonderful stay this weekend. The staff were amazing! Suchadee, TJ, Azuka, Lizzie, Sanita and really everyone there were super nice, helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond and made our stay super easy and enjoyable. We had 2 amazing dinners at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety. The front desk ordered all our taxis and they were there in minutes. Would highly recommend. "
