    • 108 Cannery Rd, Hoonah, AK 99829, USA | Connecting Instructions If your ship is docked at the Adventure Dock, proceed ashore to the Icy Strait Point Adventure Center. Once inside the Adventure Center walk through the building and exit through door number “2”. (This is clearly marked above the door). Follow the signs on the gravel path to the Excursion Hub. The total walking time is 6-8 minutes, please allow extra time if you are not a fast walker. We ask that you check in for your tour 15 minutes early and we leave on time. If your ship is docked at the Wilderness Dock, walk all the way up the dock and to the right. Ride the FREE Green Transporter Gondola(4 minute ride). Exit the Gondola and go left, follow the signs on the gravel path to the Excursion Hub, a 3 minute walk. Look for the Hoonah Travel Adventures Rep dressed in a blue shirt or rain coat and tan pants.

    Als je schip is aangemeerd bij het Adventure Dock, ga dan aan wal naar het Icy Strait Point Adventure Center. Eenmaal in het Adventure Center loop je door het gebouw en ga je door deur nummer "2" naar buiten. (Dit staat duidelijk aangegeven boven de deur). Volg de borden op het grindpad naar de Excursion Hub. De totale wandeltijd is 6-8 minuten, reken op extra tijd als je niet zo'n snelle wandelaar bent. We vragen je 15 minuten eerder in te checken voor je tour en we vertrekken op tijd.

Verlaat de Gondola en ga naar links, volg de borden over het grindpad naar de Excursion Hub, 3 minuten lopen. Zoek naar de Hoonah Travel Adventures Rep gekleed in een blauw shirt of regenjas en een bruine broek.

Wat je kan verwachten

Je wordt opgehaald bij de Icy Strait Exclusive 3rd Excursions Hub en vervolgens naar Hoonah gereden waar je aan boord gaat van je walvissafariboot. Dan ga je op pad om het prachtige landschap en de wilde dieren van Alaska te bekijken. Je zult bultrugwalvissen, Orka's, zeehonden, zeeleeuwen, zee-otters en een grote hoeveelheid vogels zien. Daarna kun je ervoor kiezen om nog even in de stad te blijven of terug te gaan. We hebben pendeldiensten die elke 30 minuten vertrekken vanaf de Hoonah Travel Adventures Transportation Hub.
Het walvisseizoen in Hoonah loopt grofweg van mei tot september.
