Mobile Home 'Californie 48' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in the CHM Montalivet naturist campsite, this modern bungalow (10 years old) offers a relaxing stay in the heart of a pine forest, just steps from a supervised beach in a protected area. The atmosphere is peaceful and family-oriented. The bungalow is accessible to guests with reduced mobility, and pets are welcome (up to two, under the host’s responsibility).







It includes two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds) and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. There’s a bathroom with shower, a separate WC with child seat, an enclosed veranda, garden furniture, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. Four adult bicycles are provided, one with a child seat.







Guests are expected to clean before departure, and bed linen and towels are not provided. Smoking is not allowed inside. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.







On-site, CHM offers numerous services: entry fee for vehicles, but parking is free; shared laundry facilities are available for a fee; a shared jacuzzi (paid) and a full wellness center (spa, hammam, sauna, massages) are accessible. Yoga classes are free within the campsite.







Families benefit from kids’ clubs (Mini-Club and Club Écureuil), with activities and evening events. A free outdoor cinema operates several times a week.







The campsite also has shops (organic market, butcher, fishmonger, bakery), restaurants, a post office, ATM, medical center, and more.







A daily market in Vendays-Montalivet is reachable by bike through the forest or by road. A beachside bar-restaurant adds to the relaxed, authentic holiday experience.
