Beautiful! Gorgeous kitchen high ceilings, beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower! The best location, walked to everything! Very, very comfortable bed and super clean. Canât wait to come back.
Beautiful property and great spacious room in fantastic location. Parking and noise were only issues. Parking can be solved by buying a 2 day pass at the Parking and Mobility office off of Bryant Street. There is street parking subject to availability. Also it is in a fantastic location on Bull Street right on one of the prettiest squares. But there is a LOT of street noise late at night. They do provide ear plugs as I am sure they know. It was surprisingly spacious and clean. A lot of these homes at 100+ years old so it is part of the experience!
Beautiful property in a safe area. We stayed in the Sapphire Suite. The unit was clean and quiet. The mattress was comfortable. We did have to use our hot spot to watch tv bc the wifi was spotty but that wasnât a big deal at all. Elevators were working well. We had no problem finding parking on the street nearby. Itâs very centrally located and we were able to just park the car and walk everywhere.
The only issue we had was the fire alarm. It started chirping and the ceilings are too high to get to the alarm yourself. We called the provided help number and someone came with a ladder within 20 minutes to fix it. Excellent place to stay when visiting Savannah!
This was the most excellent stay. Perfect location, the room was gorgeous and had everything you needed. I was terribly disappointed that when we asked to check out one hour later due to our flight time, I was asked to pay $25 even after confirming that the room wasnât even booked. After such a great stay that left a sour taste in my mouth. What happened to customer service?
Wonderful property and in a great location. Easily walkable to the riverfront and all sights in the historic district. The one-bedroom unit was very comfortable for a couple; we especially enjoyed the full kitchen and living room.
We did have trouble with the elevator the first couple days but communication via text message led us to a lock box that allowed us to get into the front door.
We appreciated the white noise machine because it could get a bit noisy late at night. Bedding was light weight, we would have appreciated a blanket for a couple April nights that got a little chilly.
Would recommend but with some hesitation because of the unreliable elevator.
I have given this property 5 Stars in the past. We love the Diamond Suite and request it, but please adjust the toilet seat so that it sits on the bowl properly. It needed adjustment in September 2024 and still does. Unfortunately, the outside noise level has gone up. It seems like 1 a.m. is the curfew. It was LOUD, and on Friday night, two car alarms went off, which made me wonder if cars were being vandalized. There was an issue with the elevator both times we stayed. We love everything else about this place and will give it another chance.
Beautiful, walkable, historic property in Savannah
Historic Savannah..beautiful property in safe, clean, walkable area. Slightly noisy in evenings due to close proximity of restaurants and bars but sound machine worked like a dream!
Everything was beautiful, and the location is great! I would have liked to have a traditional coffee maker though. It also said that there would be earplugs, but there were none. The restaurant/bar on the corner was extremely loud, so I needed them. When I let them know we didnât have any, they delivered them promptly, so that was nice. Overall, I would totally recommend this property. Parking is not available on property.
4/10
If this were just a review of the apartment itself, it would be a 10! It was beautiful, and in a fantastic location! But⊠unfortunately, there are other considerations. On our first night when coming back from dinner, the elevator wasnât working, and there are no internal stairs. The outside stairs led to locked doors. Their 24/7 help service is basically non existent, as we tried texting the number provided to get a reply that said that help service wasnât working, and calling kept us on hold with no answer. It was well over an hour before someone answered and they were able to unlock a front door, at which point we truly thought we were going to have to find another hotel for the night without any of our things. The rest of the stay resulted in the elevator sometimes working and sometimes not, with a 24/7 help service that is not actually helpful, so we were never sure if we would be able to get to our room. For that reason, we cannot recommend staying here. The review right before ours from Karen worded the experience very well also! My recommendation to Kasa would be to have stairs available at all times to get up to the rooms since it seems the elevator malfunctions a decent amount.
With Kasa & their no-humans/"tech-enabled hospitality" [a.k.a. We'll text you with lip service from our "Helpline" but never answer our phone.] , anticipate distress if you run into any issues at this unmanned abode! That, combined with a continually broken elevator but lots of stairs only accessible from another side of the building (read past review history!), near a theater and 24/7-occupied public park, leaves a major void in terms of convenience and security. Total exasperating sense of abandonment! Repeated (AI-generated?!!) apologies containing "better intentions".
That doesn't cut it on the "hospitality" scale while one's on vacation, Kasa! Big PASS!!!
Beautiful luxury and spacious. Five star accommodation.
Perfectly placed in the heart of Savannah Georgia.
Only downside was not being able to use the elegant front doors highlighted on their pictures.
Immaculately clean without the clutter of tourist literature.
What an amazing property! We stayed in the Opal Suite on the fourth floor. I didn't expect a true 1 bedroom suite and it was a luxury suite! The design was excellent. The location was 5 stars! Every amenity you need was within walking distance. We parked our car on the street and felt fine leaving it overnight. Parking is $1/hr from 8 am to 8 pm. After 8 pm it is free parking. You do have to be careful about parking on the correct side for street sweeping. The only thing I would complain about is the flashing Savannah Theatre sign, but we were able to close the interior shutters and block most of it. But if you are sensitive, it could bother you. They also had a SCAD film crew there very late at night. You definitely could hear them, but Kasa Jules provided you with a white noise machine if you wanted to use it. The hotel made our visit a stand out and we will be back!
