Nice but poor customer service after checkout. Fraudulentcharge.
Although we enjoyed our stay, and the house is nice, it’s definitely been rented frequently and was not pristine. Dispute this, we were charged a large amount for “stains” and damage to blinds, which we did not do. We have called multiple times, sent multiple emails and have gotten no return call. We DID NOT damage the blinds and cause stains, yet they charged my card 4 days after checkout. I would not recommend this company and I am wondering how often they get away with this? Not to mention we had insurance to cover any potential damage, however they charged us instead. Although we didn’t do damage, they could have used the insurance they claim that is included in the booking as it was enough to cover the so sad damage to the blinds. I feel like it even could have been a previous renter or even the housekeeping staff prior to us or after our stay. One again, we did not damage property and they claim we did and automatically charged my card for something we did not do. More importantly, they won’t call me back or respond to my emails. That’s disappointing.
