No problem with the hotel.
It looks quite old but my room was OK, big enough and clean.
Efficient shuttle from La Guardia airport (less than 5 minutes away)
Breakfast buffet disappointing but included in price
Probably like 90% of this hotel's guest, we chose it for only one reason: we had to catch a very early flight in LGA. The hotel is soulless, but that was expected. The problem is that it is noisy (little sleep) and that the shuttle to the airport didn't want to take us because it was full. We had to call a last minute cab to the airport. Bad sleep and taking a cab defeats the purpose.
We would have been better off staying in Manhattan...
quand on arrive tard a l'aeroport ou qu'on part tot c'est trĂšs bien. la navette est pratique.
par contre c'est cher pour ce que c'est et il n'y a rien autour.
personnel tres acceuillant et disponible, le snack pres de la reception tres agreable, meme situation pour le pdj,la chambre quand a elle etait tres bruyante, du faite je pense de la climatisation.
The shuttle to pick us up was an hour in a half late and whenever we would call to see where they were the guy we spoke with was unbelievably rude. Once we finally got picked up it took another 45 minutes to get back to the hotel because we had to pick up 3 more guests which we were not aware of having to do. I could not believe how bad the customer service was with the shuttle service. Once we got to the hotel there was one person working at the desk and it took another 30 minutes to get checked in and the guy at the desk was not very nice as well. The rooms were disgusting and I did not enjoy my stay. We would never plan to stay there again.

Hotel is overprice, room was really hot and wall A/C unit took forever to cool it down. There was not towels in the bathroom and I had to go down to check in desk get them. The elevator's door closest extremely quicker than other elevators I have seen. If possible, I would like a refund.
