« My focus is on the overall cleanliness and amenities. I have no complaints and don’t need to add any additional information about the amenities. Beds and linens were clean and in good shape. Check-in and Check-out were super simple. Everything worked without issue. Your not staying here to cook dinner for you family. It’s more along the lines of a little BnB…. What we were sold and what we expected. Kitchen could use an electric kettle to heat water. Would recommend. »

« The cabin is a beautiful handcrafted home in a great area for whatever you're interested are... hiking, biking, shopping, dining or just relaxing. Host has the place extremely well stocked. Plenty of towels, linen bath items etc. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meal. Extremely clean and welcoming Highly recommended »

« We loved our stay at the Rustic Retreat! The property is even more beautiful in person – a perfect place for stargazing and enjoying the sounds of nature. The cabin is spacious and clean. The clawfoot tub shower looks lovely but is a bit precarious to get in and out of, as it’s very elevated off the ground and quite slippery when wet. Take extra care! Overall, we would absolutely come back and recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway. »

« We've stayed here before. Enjoyed the cabin and the beautiful lake. Kids loved swimming and fishing. Property manager was very responsive! Unfortunately, one of our family members had a allergic reaction to something inside the cabin (mold, dust?). »

« Ensure you have AWD or 4WD and good tires. It’s a 10 miles drive on a very muddy/gravel, low maintained road with lots of holes. There were several times my van almost got stuck and I was sliding all over the road. The tree and water fountain were very cute but there were 2 dead mice around the bottom of the tree, inside the cabin. The road/driveway outside of the cabin was pure mud deep mud. Would have appreciated a warning about the drive out to the cabin. Thankfully I got there early cuz I...
