The modern building complex is in Alberese, opposite the entrance to the visitor centre of the nature reserve “Parco Regionale della Maremma”. Here there is also the start of a cycle path that leads to the seaside. In the immediate vicinity there is also a bus stop for the shuttle bus to the beach 7km away.

The holiday apartments have elegant interiors and provide every comfort and convenience: air conditioning, heating, a TV, a garden and a terrace with a table for dining outdoors, a roof terrace, a private car parking space, a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer compartment, tableware and cookware, a weekly change of bed linen, fresh hand towels and table linen every three days.

This is a spacious three-room apartment of around 50m². The living space is partly on the raised ground floor and partly on the first floor. It is possible to connect this apartment to another holiday apartment (no. 936623) via internal stairs, so that e.g. two acquainted families can spend their holiday together. The Cielo apartment has a double bedroom, a smaller bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom with a shower, WC and hairdryer, a big living room with a sofa, and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment and mini oven. The accommodation also provides air conditioning, a TV and fly screens.

The outdoor area has a private garden, as well as a roofed terrace with garden furniture for dining outdoors. The apartment also has a car parking space.
