2/10
About an hour before we arrived I got a call from Noel asking when we would be arriving and that she would text me the address. We already had the address to Two Medicine Inn, I figured she wanted to be sure we had the right address. When we arrived at the address she had texted it was for Dancing Bears. It looked like a motel from the 1950s! I called Noel back and she said we were at the right place. No explanation as to why we were sent to Dancing Bears.
Noel was very nice and friendly.
No breakfast. She had grapes, coffee service , popped popcorn in a bowl and granola bars. Dancing Bears is very old and in need renovation and a good cleaning and painting. Not what we were expecting at all. Two Medicine Inn was listed as Exceptional, unfortunately we didn’t stay at an exceptional place. In fact it was very disappointing but it was late and we were tired from driving so we stayed. We felt like it was a bait and switch. There weren’t really any other places to stay at that time of night.
The next day we tried to find Two Medicine Inn but we were unable to locate it at the address we were given.
Dancing Bears was right in town and very close to Glacier NP entrance. Within walking distance of restaurants and general store. That was the only positive about the place.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.
