• Guests named on the reservation must be 21+ and present during the stay

• This home is considered a DADU (Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit). There is a larger main home on site where the owners live which is not part of this rental.

• Main house grounds and parking area are not part of the guest access

• Access to the shop is not allowed

• Noise monitoring device installed (decibel only—no audio)

• Exterior security camera installed (does not face into any private areas)

• 75 kWh/day electricity included; additional use billed post-stay

• ID verification and signed rental agreement required

• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability (fees may apply)
