« Bed and Beakfast bien placé, à proximité de Seahouses, très calme, chambre charmante, seul défaut: la salle de bain avec une baignoire, difficile d'y prendre une douche (pas d'accroche au mur pour le pommeau, ni rideau de douche). Petit déjeuner en supplément à commander la veille, large choix (œufs au bacon, porridge, toasts...), Vanessa, la propriétaire est très aimable. »

« Vieille auberge dans un joli village du Northumberland. Accueil aimable et ambiance très british; moquette omniprésente, comme partout en Grande-Bretagne cela dit, allergiques s'abstenir. Notre chambre au 3e était simple, mais fonctionnelle - notre seul vrai reproche est la literie (matelas très mous avec un gros creux au milieu). Mention spéciale au petit-déjeuner, servi dans une salle à part: ce n'est pas précisé sur leur site mais ils proposent de vrais choix de petit-déjeuner outre l'éternel...

« The room was spotless and you could tell a lot of thought had been put into it from the lovely selection of toiletries to the extras provided like ear plugs and make up remover towels. « We enjoyed a fantastic 2 night trip over the bank holiday weekend. This was a lovely place to stay, beautifully decorated throughout, VERY comfortable beds, very clean. « We recently stayed at the cottage for three nights. It is cosy, with modern interior and furnishings. Everything has been considered in the layout to make the stay easy. It's also in an excellent central location to a lot of the sites, including Alnwick and Bamburgh. The communication from the hosts has been excellent, and if we visit the area again this will be the first choice if available! »
