'This location was perfect for exploring the national park and the southern end of the island. You can be looking at the Kilauea caldron in less than 10 min from the house! The house is cozy, and beautifully built. We loved sitting out on the back porch and watching the family of pheasants peck around every morning. It was a bit musty smelling, and could use a deep clean but the price is pretty low for the location and all the space you get.'

'The property was exactly as listed. The location was so serene and the landscaping was lush. We absolutely loved the visits from the chickens and listening to the coquis at night. The night sky was incredible due to no streetlights. The electric fireplace was perfect in the morning to take the chill off. We loved the Jungalow style of decoration that fit so perfectly with the surroundings. Plentiful coffee and a bonus of having condiments and other goodie’s left over from previous guests. We...
