Nur eine Gute Aussicht reicht nicht!

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer sehr schmutzig, im Bad hat nichts wirklich funktioniert. Keinen Duschvorhang, Wasser läuft nur in einem Rinsal. Das Bad ist allgemein sehr unangenehm schmutzig. Neue Klimaanlage im Zimmer, vom Balkon gut Sicht aufs Meer. Kein Raumservice! Nicht zu empfehlen!

Locatie: 1. Very near to Kovalam Beach
1. Most Irresponsible Hotel Staff 2. Rooms charged double than even better rooms in the same vicinity. 3. Dirtiest Swimming Pool 4. Unhygienic Restaurent and vey poor quality food.

Very poor low quality hotel

No room was given to me in the hotel. Instead, they give me room in a nearby very low class hotel. No breakfast was provided. Please don't choose this hotel under any circumstances.

Nadelen: The room amenities must be revised and must be improved a lot.- Door locks , hot water, restaurant, toiletries should be upgraded
I checked this hotel via website and the photos shown in the web and actuals were very different . The staff were courteous but seem to lack experience . Conversation in English also seemed to be an issue . The room was average ; but was disappointing to see the door locks were functioning in partial , the reading lights were broken and there was no night lamp. The toilet was OK ; but the flush pipes were very odd to use and was not comfortable . Water heating is via solar system and is available only after 8AM . The toiletries kept were below standard . The restaurant was some where in the 8th floor and that too in the next building . The transit between these 2 buildings were not smooth.

Needs renovation!

It looks like this hotel was very nice when built but they have not done anything since. It is falling apart. Not very clean but great location and staff that tried to help.
