We enjoyed furnishing and decorating The Magnolia House to make it feel like a home . Weeks were spent putting everything together, we have everything you would possibly want and need while on vacation - soaps and shampoos, coffee flavorings, Keurig for 1 cup, a coffee maker for a pot, lots of extra towels, a washer and dryer, keyless entry, smart TVs with Roku devices everywhere, plenty of on-site parking, there bicycles, patio furniture and an infrared outdoor grill so you don't have to worry about charcoal or gas, luggage carriers to help bring your luggage upstairs, a pack and play and highchair for the baby, and just plenty of room to spread out and relax when you are not out and about enjoying St. Augustine!
This vacation home is located in St. Augustine. Ripley's Believe It Or Not and Lightner Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Castillo de San Marcos and Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine. Ready for a night out? Consider St. Augustine Distillery and Castle Otttis. Sailing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.

The 4 bedroom home accommodates guests as follows (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen bed and 2 Full bed ). . A max of 3 cars can be parked in the driveway, and 1 in the garage.

This is a private home, guests have exclusive access to the entire house and yard.
Other things to note:
If you have a longer term stay, and would like additional cleanings, each additional cleaning is $250. It includes laundry, and full house cleaning

Copy of the main guest's ID is needed per booking. No events or parties allowed.
There is a noise violation penalty of $500.00 in case of excessive noise after quiet hours (10.00pm)

This house was great. Roomy and comfortable. It was close to the sites to see and even within walking distance of a cute coffee shop and the Fountain of Youth. Zsuzsanna was excellent to work with. We would definitely return to this house!

Fantastic home base for St Augustine
We had four adults and 2 boys in the house for 4 days and it was the best we could have hoped for. The open floor plan and four bedrooms were perfect for us. EXCELLENT location literally minutes from the Historic District, and the Publix grocery store was a quick drive over the bridge. Walking distance to the Fountain of Youth and Old Time Trolley Depot (do the Trolley Tour!). AND it’s right off Magnolia Avenue, one of the most beautiful and photographed streets in the US. We had an issue with the A/C and someone was right out to fix it. Zsuzsanna was a pleasure to work with and should we ever be back in St Augustine we would definitely stay there again.

Great size and location
This property is very spacious with lots of room for family to spread out for fun on the first floor and sleep on the second floor. And the location is excellent -- within a short drive or a walk of many beautiful tourist locations. The rugs are spotted in some locations and the outside growth needs care, but otherwise it's very well maintained. Definitely recommend it for a larger group!

Perfect for our wedding weekend!
We got married at the Fountain of Youth (Magnolia Room) and this home was perfect walking distance to the venue. All the bridesmaids and mother of the bride /groom got ready here. It was perfect! Plenty of space. Enough beds/baths. Loved the huge walk-in shower! Highly recommend in downtown St. Augustine

Great house- great location
We had a wonderful stay at Zsusannas property. Clean house, fully stocked kitchen- and sharp knives were a welcome bonus. We used the beach chairs and bikes, it was super walkable. Lovely Macedonian restaurant close by and dunkies for the family. Easy check in and check out! Magnolia house is an example of what a great VRBO stay looks like. Thank you!

Great location- 5 minutes to Vilano beach. 10 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. Beautiful, tree-lined street with Spanish moss nearby- great for a family photo. Host responsive to questions. 2 families (4 adults, 5 pre-teens/teens) stayed here and it was great for our families. Kitchen equipped for a couple dinners in. Some maintenance issues need to be addressed: door to bathroom in primary bedroom not functional, dryer is very loud- needs to be serviced. Property manager has been informed.

A wonderful house at a wonderful location
This house is a hidden gem in St. Augustine! Sits right aside to the one of the most beatiful path in the United States, the Magnolia Ave, we literally walked to Fountain of Youth, the Oldest Store and the Old Jail. The total house is super clean with various utensils. Travelling with families, it's great we don't need to eat in the crowded restaurants, so we set up several BBQ at the backyard, it was cozy and private enough. (Sorry neighbors if we were too laud...) If you're travelling to St. Augustine and would like to take a little bit walk instead drive and struggle to find yourself a parking lot, or would just like to find a place for sufficient space and comfortable rooms, pick Magnolia House and you will enjoy a good time there.

The property was beautiful and clean with plenty of space to spread out. The location was good with a trolley stop very close but keep in mind the trolley does not run late and parking down town is not easy. Thankfully an Uber was cheap. Walking down Magnolia Ave was stunning. Would definitely return.

We stayed for our son’s wedding weekend. It was a great location and great property. We shared with friends and family and we all had a great time . The house is so user friendly to gather and enjoy time together. Would recommend and would stay there again. It was during the night of lights which is alway amazing.

Loved Magnolia House!
The house was really lovely. Decorated so cute, lots of little touches and everything you need. We did have a hard time unlocking the door but you have to pull it towards you while putting in the code so that was probably user error. The master bedroom closet is behind the door, so when you open the door to the master bedroom, you won’t see it until you close the door behind you. We didn’t see it at first but eventually figured it out, we needed the pack in play that was in there. Other than that we had a great time. The house is located very close to downtown St. Augustine, just down the street from the Fountain of Youth, which you could walk to and a Dunkin Donuts at the other end of the street. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place
This house was really nice. It was within walking distance of the fountain of youth and the old jail. We walked to St. George Street from there but it was a little bit of a hike (which we didn’t mind). Things to consider - the bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are a little steep. Also, the driveway is pretty small. But we made it work. The master bathroom was nice with a double shower. The other bedrooms were nice, we only used 1 extra. There was the master bath upstairs as well as another full bathroom. Downstairs there’s a half bath. Outside the back yard there’s a nice sitting area. Overall it was a nice place. Great kitchen.
