Staff was super nice. We had a few unforeseen bumps but the staff was on it. Will return and recommend to friends and family

Room was clean, had a good breakfast. Was particularly near to universal and shuttle service was available for Universal.

Le déjeuner est très bien et varié. Le service de navette est pratique mais il n’y a pas beaucoup de départ le matin. Notre chambre sentais’ trop l’humidité mais pas celle de nos amis qui était juste à côté de la notre. Préférer une chambre sans tapis.

Close to Universal Studios. Clean room! Shuttle is very limited. Only two departure times in the morning, and two return times in the evening that do not necessarily correspond to park open and close times.
