Everything was wonderful, however, I did have one minor complaint. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, as if it had been cleaned with an old mop. Aside from that, I had a fantastic stay!

Excellent hotel with extremely comfortable beds and very clean. The hotel rooms were renovated.
Very quiet and central location.
Only downside: the hotel is located at the border of the tenderloin district. Many homeless in the neighborhood and doesn’t feel save at night. We hope that the city gets this problem under control - then the hotel would be perfect.

Hotel has very large and comfortable rooms. It's close to Chinatown, union square, restaurants and transportation to the whole city is a five to ten minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions.

Excellent service all around. Super fast check in, with upgrade and fee waved included. Room was superb. Top quality bed, furniture, bathroom etc. Excellent AC and quiet room 24/7. One of my best stays in ANY hotel in a long while. I stayed 5 days.
