Positives: good beds, helpful staff, clean rooms, nice lobby with a bar and plenty of space to do some work or relax.
Location is great, its just a 5 min walk from Powell Station and Union Square.
Negatives: small/cramped bathroom, single elevator that can take quite long to get a hold off and the rooms are a bit noisy, but thats purely dependent on your co-guests, so not a major throw-off in my opinion.
Overall I would say 4,5 out of 5 stars. Good value for money, especially considering the location.

Very friendly reception, helpful restaurant tips and excellent service. Comfortable rooms, nice size and good bed. Good showers. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is clean, all the people who works here are nice and kind. Must be said the hotel needs a small renovation (new windows for example) but this doesn’t affect the quality of the stay.

The elevator wasn’t working, and they didn’t tell me after until after I had checked in. I had a bad knee, and it was very hard to get up the stairs.
