Excellent instructions from the owner, the property was in a perfect safe location, very close to shops and bars. Entrance was very clean. A small lift takes you nearly the top, except a few steps and your at the apartment

Check in was super easy. Apartment was ready when we arrived and very clean. Terrific location just around the corner from Spanish Steps. Quiet in the evenings. Outdoor dining area was great. We used it every morning for coffee and in the evenings to relax after busy days. Host was super when it came to communications.

Our family arrives after a long flight from the states and stands in front of property for 2 hours unable to get in! Then they tell us the property was double booked n we were unable to stay there. Vrbo put us up in a hotel first night but didn’t help us the next 2 nights to find a place. We literally felt homeless for a while. Between the numerous phone calls, cabs around the city, having our teenage dtrs in a separate room, packing our items and unable to do laundry
..this has been nothing but stressful and disappointing. Be careful booking vrbo oversees!

I do not have a bad word to say. The host was very accommodating to our early arrival and location was fantastic. The apartment was very clean and location was superb. Highly recommend. Enjoy.

The beds were nice and comfy, linens very nice. The water pressure in the downstairs bath wasn't wonderful, but the upstairs was great. Loved the patio. Spent some time in the living area just reading and hanging out. The only complaint I had was that there were no paper towels or any kind of dish towels to wipe up spills or dry your hands in the kitchen. A nuisance to use the hand towels in the bathroom. And, someone had put salt in the sugar bowl in the kitchen. It was quite a surprise when beginning to drink my morning coffee to discover this!

We truly hit the jackpot with our beautiful apartment on Via Frattina. Literally only 200 yards from the Spanish Steps, the apartment is ideally located to all of the popular attractions in Rome. 25 min. walk to the Vatican, 30 mins. to the Colosseum, 10 mins. to the Pantheon or Trevi Fountain. The apartment was terrific. Lots of space, ample kitchen (there is a Carrefour grocery store open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. on the same block), great wifi and a great terrace patio for dining outside. If you have kids, it's probably a good idea to ask for extra towels. Via Frattina is in the middle of the shopping and dining mecca of Rome. Busy, bur nice and quiet on the 5th floor (yes, there's an elevator). Our property manager, Benedetta had everything ready for us, including a decorated Christmas tree and lights. She was super helpful with dining and shopping tips, and always available for help. You will need copies of your passports for her to submit to the Italian gov't. Upload them to your phone, so you can send them when needed. If you select this apartment for your Rome stay, you can't go wrong.

Exceeded our expectation! We could walk to almost everything. In a beautiful area of Rome. The home was stunning, and well appointed with everything you would need. The balcony was a big bonus. The host was VERY responsive and even made arrangements to get us to the airport. Very Pleased.

Wonderful 5th floor (top floor)2 level unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a great outdoor space with seating for at least 6. The unit is very well maintained. Views of Rome from many windows. The location is the best you could ask for. Minutes to the Spanish Steps and the hop-on-hop-off bus. Easy access to the unit with an elevator/ lift. Fully stocked kitchen. Great communication from Benedetta. Lots of great restaurants (al 31 Osteria) and coffee bar right down the block.

The apartment is in a great location! Just a few blocks from the Spanish Steps. It is so convenient to many shops and restaurants. It could use a little TLC and more attention to the cleaning but it honestly met our needs. We enjoyed the quiet after all the chaos of the streets. And it was a bonus to be able to do laundry!

A month prior to arriving I sent a message to the owner with some questions and never received a reply. After calling a few days prior to check-in we discussed my message including asking if we could have a late check out of 1-2 hours and she said it would be ok, but once we were there she told us no. The apartment is located near the Spanish Steps and the high end retail shops. Everything was clean and the building is nice but the apartment is outdated and a bit quirky. Small kitchen, outdated dining and living room furniture, nowhere to comfortably open suitcases in the lower bedroom and an excess of closet space there. Impossible to lug suitcases up narrow steps to the 2nd floor bedroom. The bathrooms were outdated and the ironing board was stored in the outdoor shed and was filthy. Unlike other vrbo’s there was no one to greet us and show us where everything was in the apartment, how to connect to wi-fi nor any information or recommendations for where to eat, shop, etc. While our stay in Rome was enjoyable, I would choose a different apartment next time.

We loved our stay here! It is very central to many of Rome's most famous attractions. We did a lot of walking!, We really enjoyed the view from the upstairs bedroom and also enjoyed the balcony area for breakfast in the morning. Lovely!

Very nice apartment although because of winter weather we could not enjoy the lovely balcony. Bernadetta was always available for any questions we had. We were delighted that she had made the place very festive with a Christmas tree and decorations. Recommend highly.

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment, and so close to big sights such as the Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, etc. Views from the upper bedroom are so nice, and we loved having drinks on the terrace!
