Het hotel heeft een overgewaardeerde quotering.
dit hotel is geen vijf sterren maar vier sterren De kamer heeft een kleine TV met 12 progamma's Het hoofdrestaurant kan de vele toeristen niet aan en dus zijn er wachtrijen(duur 10 minuten) Het eten is goed maar geen vijf sterren waardig.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel.Regarding your "terrible" experience, it is worth noting that you had not actually stayed in our hotel.You had booked a superior family room sea view and you had been allocated as booked . You entered the room and left the hotel shortly after without informing anyone as well as advised the provider (untruthfully) that you were not allocated in the room booked in order to get a refund.Concequently, the hotel enforced its early departure policy and charged the room as per the terms of the reservation agreed when placed.Thank you in advance for your kind understanding.

I’m of but we’ll maintained hotel. Clean and pretty. A private beach was a nice addition. Only complaint is that there was a leak from the ceiling of my bathroom and I had to change rooms at 10 pm but not a single apology was offered.

Otelin konumu çok işlek yerde, yemekler ve temizlik konusunda harika idi. Sadece sevmediğim şey, herşey dahil müşteri olmamıza rağmen gece 12’den sonra içkinin paralı olması ve barlarda herşey dahil müşterilerine sınırlı içecek olması idi. Halbuki herşey dahil denildiği bütün içeceklerin bedava olması gerekiyor ve saat sınırlaması olmamalı. Bu yüzden puan kırararak 10 üzerinden 8.5 verdim.

This is a lovely hotel but I’m not a fan of all inclusive stays. We had to move on day one from another 5* hotel to this hotel and thank god there was availability. I know they are popular for some but I think standards drop especially around food and drink if this model is adopted. I know some will disagree The hotel is super clean and the pool is lovely. Restaurants could be mega but the all inclusive model doesn’t allow this unfortunately. We are out ever lunch and evening in Rhodes town. The gym needs a major overhaul and a relocation as it’s one of the most depressing set ups I have ever seen for a 5* hotel. Some of the machines were broken as well and ancient . Mini golf was great but why charge if it’s in the resort property?? €12 as well is toppy Staff and people were great and that was the case all over the island. Oct is a great time to go as the temperature is lovely and the island is not busy at all. Taxis are great

We can only assume that the comments made about the all inclusive board were generic since your reservation in our hotel was based on bed & breakfast basis. We will be happy to follow up on the feedback made in regards to our gym although we do not seem to have similar feedback for faulty equioment. Regardnig the "ancient" equipment mentioned, kindly note the gym had been rennovated back in 2016 and new machines were installed on that year.It is not uncommon for hotels to charge for certain facilities on premises and can only apologize should that was found to be unreasonable but still would like to thank you for your kind comments in regards to our mini golf facility.Overall, thank you for reviewing our hotel online and very much hope to have the pleasure to welcome you back in our resort should your future travel calls for a trip to Rhodes.Best Regards,

Hotelanlage unschlagbar, deshalb 5 sterne! Wir hatten einen Suite Zimmer mit der größten Terrasse, Traumhaft. Das Hotel ist mega gut ausgestattet, Wifi ist sehr gut, überall. Leider muss ich an manchen Dinge bemängeln, die Toilette war schrecklich in so einem tollen Zimmer wie Nummer 801! Die Reinigungskraft hat für mich die Zimmern garnicht gereinigt, nur Müll rausgebracht und die Betten gerichtet! Essen Auswahl bei so einem wunderschönen Hotel mit so einer Anlage, schlecht, Veganer und Muslimische Gäste,sind dort schlecht aufgehoben, sehr wenig Essen Auswahl, oft das gleiche, Dessert nicht lecker, für mich war das Essen im Bereich Casa Bonita das beste, die Kellnerin und der Kellner, sehr Freundlich und Höflich, viele Grüße an den beiden ♥️. Das Hotel hat einen privaten Strand eingang direkt auf der gegenüber stehende Straße, das Meer ist Traumhaft schön, Fazit würde dieses Hotel immer wieder Buchen wenn ich in Rhodos wäre.

Nous avions une chambre familiale, dans lequel il y avait régulièrement des cafards. La décoration est vieillot. Forte odeur dans le couloir. Ménage très succincte. Nous avions également une suite avec piscine, dans la chambre il y avait une très forte odeur de rat mort, on nous a changé de chambre, mais il faut à chaque fois appeler pour qu’il vienne faire le ménage, il faut aller à la piscine pour changer les serviettes de piscine avant 18h , donc peut pratique qd on veux profiter de sa piscine privée Service très moyen, bon petit déjeuner. The property is located in a good location and is nice and clean. I did not like that the hotel beach does not offer any food or drinks like most other beaches in Rhodes. Also I found it a little annoying that all the entertaiments in the hotel cost additional money (pool table, game room, mini golf etc). The hotel staff were very nice and most were super friendly and curtious. The pool closed a little early (6pm) which was not pleasant because the sunset was at 8pm and it would have been pleasant to say in the pool as the day cooled a bit in the evening. Overall it was very child friendly and family orianted hotel with rooms that have super nice ocean and sunset views.

I have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Olympic Palace and had a great experience. The outside of the hotel and lobby look great as you approach and all of the outside areas are beautifully landscaped. The room we had was much more spacious than expected and the big was bigger than expected (also very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from!). We went all inclusive which I’ve never done before but it was definitely worth it for the money. The food was excellent every day, there was a lot of choice and everything was fresh and really tasty. We ate lunch in the aqua marine restaurant by the pool each day as it was easy to pop in and out which we liked! We also had dinner in Casa Bonita one night which is a really nice setting and the food was lovely. There was a good selection of drinks, the local beer was good, and also cocktails at the pool bar. All of the staff we spoke to, everyone in the dining room were really friendly, Sambika and Fatmir at the pool bar are great. The hotel had plenty of sun loungers, of course the ones by the pool go the earliest but they have more beds behind the pool. Would definitely recommend a visit to the spa, you don’t realise it’s as big as it is when you walk past but it’s beautiful inside. We also had a massage which was great and worth the money. Also recommend to play mini golf at the front of the hotel! The private beach was lovely, very tidy and the sun loungers are really comfy. Definitely pay for the pool/sea view room!

Das erste Zimmer roch muffig modrig, aber man hat uns nach der ersten Nacht ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Service also ok, lange Warteschlangen vorm Restaurant zum Frühstück/ Abendessen, man soll sich zeitlich festlegen wann man zum Abendessen geht, Buffet vielseitig, Soeisesaal sehr unruhig laut. Strandbereich die größte Enttäuschung, es fehl Sanitärhaus, für All Inclusive wenigstens ein Getränkeangebot.

Vi havde en panorama udsigt, som var ubeskriveligt smukt. Maden var god og hverdag var der ny koncept. Personalet var super søde venlige og imødekommende. Eneste ulempe var deres swimmingpool, som var ikke så stor til så mange mennesker, dog valgte vi at bruge stranden og hér var der den ro vi ledte efter:) alt i alt fantastisk hotel.

I would rate this hotel at 3.5 out of 5 for the following reasons: - staff were great and friendly however there was a slight pressure to join evening dinner which I don’t really need on holiday; we had that every night when we went out for dinner in town - the room was a bit tired for 5* hotel however the view from the balcony was lovely, just shame that on that side of the hotel you don’t get sun; we didn’t mind because we were out all day - breakfast was nice although missing that 5* feel that we had numerous times in 5* hotels; it would be nice to have more interesting choices, maybe also promote local/organic products because I didn’t know what I was eating and from where; also the current limitations with Covid didn’t really help; plus the breakfast room was busy - environment- is it really necessary to change bedsheets and towels every day, probably not but at least give the guest the option; it was lovely to get the room cleaned every day but I would leave the option of towels and bedsheets up to the guest; small things to save the world and the planet - swimming pool was nice size however the opening times limiting to an early bird like my husband or late owl like myself - the entrance to the hotel grand and modern - definitely 5*

Unfortunately, Covid19 has had a profound impact on hotel operations throughout the world and has created a rather bizarre and unprecedented framework to work with; some of the issues raised are actually down to the protection measures employed. For example, prebooking a seating hour in the main restaurant is essential so as to avoid queues and congestion. We are truly sorry if you felt a slight pressure in regards to this policy but as you can appreciate the safety of all our guests is of paramount importance to us. Thank you also for your recommendation in regards to opting out of the daily towels/bedsheets replacement. There was such policy in the hotel but were advised to put this on hold due to Covid19 as well. Kindly note upon arrival you had contacted reception and our night receptionist contacted you to show you how to set the temperature of the air conditioning unit. On the following day one of our maintenance staff had adjusted the air con unit in your room so that the temperature does not drop below 25 degrees; from that point onwards there was no further contact in reagrds to this issue based on our records. Most hotels around the world leave the air con units operating so that the room is cool when guests arrive; especially in resort and destinations (such as Rhodes) where outside temperature is quite high. We are sorry to read that this had caused some level of dissatisfaction albeit if you had openned the balcony door for a few mintues the room's temperature would have adjusted to the environmental one. We would like to assure you that there is no issue with the airconditioning system; all rooms are equipped with a thermostat where guests can set the temperature of their liking. Staffs are amazing
A great thank to every staff who working there who always so helpful and understanding, attentive and made our stay remarkable. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to people.

Ok but not great!
Was ok definitrly not 5 star! Food was same same every day and got boring after a while. Some of the rooms are old and not refurbished to the levels shown on photos which is cery deceiving. Found hair in food one day too!

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to bring your feedback to our attention. Without wishing to be unsympathetic, you have made a reservation for a Large Double Room Sea View (family room sea view) and you had been upgraded to a Superior Family Room Sea View upon arrival. As soon as you had informed our reception that you did not like the upgraded room allocated, we have upgraded you again into a Junior Suite Sea View. We can only apologize should you found the imagery used as deceiving but quite frankly we do not seem to have complaints from other holidaymakers indicating that there is an issue with how the hotel is presented or sold. The incident with the hair found was an unfortunate and rare situation that we are deeply sorry for. We would like to assure you that this is alien to the standards offered in this resort as well as that we meticulously employ HACCP and other ISO standards, as per our certifications obtained. The issue has been raised to the appropriate departmental managers and we will be monitoring and following up on this to see what has gone wrong. We feel from our side that we have gone the extra mile in making your holiday as enjoyable as possible and very much hope that overall you had an enjoyable stay with us and that you will be considering returning to our resort should your future travel plans call for a trip to Rhodes. Είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο υπέροχο, όλο το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό είναι λίγο ακριβή η διαμονή αξίζει το φαγητό υπέροχο το room service πολυ γρήγορο και άψογο καθαριότητα σε όλους τους χώρους είτε δωμάτιο είτε κοινόχρηστου τέλεια το εστιατόριο ala Cart τέλειο οικονομικό και με υπέροχα φαγητά, δραστηριότητες για το παιδί, ιδιωτική παραλία με ξαπλώστρες, ομπρέλες, και πετσέτες για την θσλλασα σε γενικές γραμμές ένα άψογο ξενοδοχείο. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Schönes Hotel mit 5-Sterne-Standard
Das Hotel war sehr schön. Es gibt einen Innen- und Außenpool, einen schönen Wellnessbereich und ein Fitnessstudio mit Sauna. Was auch sehr schön ist, ist die Minigolf-Anlage vorm Hotel. Der Strand ist ein Kieselstrand und eher für Surfer geeignet. Dieser ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Es war von allem für alle was dabei. Der Bau ist aus den 80ern aber es wird ständig renoviert. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Das einzige was mir nicht so zugesagt hat: durch den relativ niedrigen Preis für diese Hotelkategorie ist das Klientel sehr Billigtouri-lastig (zu 80%-90%). Die Lage ist auch o.k. Zur Altstadt sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt am Hoteleingang. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Was das Essen um das Hotel herum betrifft (und auch Altstadt) kann ich nur empfehlen entweder im Hotel essen oder in kleineren Dörfern und Ortschaften abseits der Touri-Meilen essen gehen.

Nice hotel, beautiful view in sea room
Stayed in Olympic Palace for 4 nights. Room was very clean and view from balcony was amazing. It was close to many restaurants for lunch and dinner as we weren't all inclusive. Also opposite the beach. Rhodes town centre was only a 10 minute drive from the hotel where there were loads of bars/restaurants to visit. Would definitely go back!

We had a dramatic experience with a fire alarm going of in our room for over two and a half hours which has been dealt with under separate cover. Very disappointed with the way your company and the hotel have dealt with us. The hotel have lied to you and you have supported them. Very strange reaction by you as you rely on repeat business and feverable reviews.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to bring your feedback to our attention. We are very sorry to read that there were certain issues that caused some level of dissatisfaction during your stay with us & would like to offer our sincere apology for any inconvenience caused. Kindly note the hotel is not responsible for the lighting of the main road as this falls under the jurisdiction of the local municipality. Ixia is not the old area of Rhodes but the first actual tourist resort of the island. Among the benefits this part of the island has a cosmopolitan character, it is next to Rhodes town & also has a vibrant entertainment district within walking distance. We can only apologize if the area appeared tired although we do not seem to have enough feedback from the majority of our guests to suggest this. Without wishing to be unsympathetic, the hotel provided detailed information to Ebookers in regards to the unfortunate incident of the false fire alarm which lasted less than 2 hours & affected 2 floors of the hotel. We are also very sorry if you felt that the matter has not been dealt as anticipated. Our guest relations did try to follow up on the issue on your last day however this was not possible due to the do not disturb sign on your room’s door. In addition, the hotel also authorized a part compensation for this complaint corresponding to the inconvenience caused and question your statement of us having provided false information. We would also like to emphasize that the hotel is ISO certified & passes all strict health & safety audits of independent authorities. Once again thank you for taking the time to review our hotel following your recent stay;we can only apologize again at this stage for the unfortunate & isolated event of the false alarm & very much hope that you had some level of enjoyment out of your holiday in Rhodes.

Nous venons de passer jours en avril après un semaine en juillet l'an dernier Evidemment les conditions climatiques étaient différentes et les piscines non fréquentables en ce mois d'avril beaucoup de plaisir d'aller chaque jour à Rhodes la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel furent parfaites nous y retournons une semaine début septembre
