We stayed here with several friends who were competing in a JJ tournament. The house was clean. Everyone had their own space. It was perfect.

Great neighborhood in Raleigh
The location of this property was perfect for us and our grown boys for 2 nights. The tools and supplies in the kitchen are very minimal and if we stayed here longer we would have needed a better furnished kitchen. As it was we were visiting for a funeral and service and most food was provided at those activities. The kitchen could use a can opener, bottle opener, coffee grinder, sponges, etc.

Home away from home
PERFECT family home. Our family loved everything about it. Only stayed one night but definitely worthy of a week or longer. Perfectly placed as well. In a small neighborhood, yet still minites to the city!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was fantastic, providing easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The house itself was very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We especially appreciated the quiet and safe neighborhood, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Nice layout and location, a little tired
The property was nice, but a bit tired. Little things like light bulbs not working and blinds that didn’t have extension bars so they didn’t work. It appears the pictures were taken when it first was redone and wondering how long ago that was…don’t think it was done recently . Nice location to downtown and shopping and restaurants and drinking establishments

Very nice home in a beautiful neighborhood
The home was very clean and had plenty of space. We occurred an issue with the front door handle, we texted the owner and they nicely responded in less than an hour to make the repair. We would definitely stay there again.

GREAT LOCATION; SPACIOUS Home; WONDERFUL HOSTS
This home checked all our boxes. We were meeting up with our daughter and family of 5. I loved that there was a Master Bedroom w/ ensuite bathroom on the first floor! 3 Nice bedrooms and W/D on 2nd Floor. It was perfect for what we needed. Huge smart TV's in 3 locations. The house was neater than a pin on our arrival. The hosts were excellent communicators! Close to all the downtown Museums, NC State and so much more. The neighborhood was upscale and felt very safe walking around. Spacious enough for all 7 of us from ages 4 to 73. I would highly recommend if you a looking for a nice place and convenience of downtown Raliegh plus great hosts.

What a great home!
This home was well supplied with everything we needed for our 1 night stay. The location is close to downtown and to all the areas we wanted to go. The host was responsive and easily accessible although we never needed to contact them during our stay because everything was perfect. I will stay here again when we return to Raleigh.

What a great location!
Fantastic little vacation. This house was perfect. So close to downtown but just far enough away! We loved the quietness of the neighborhood and enjoyed being able to walk around downtown and see this beautiful city. House was clean and the layout was great. I was here for a concert w/ friends but can’t wait to bring my wife back!

Perfect Location and Lovely Home
We traveled to Raleigh for a family gathering, and this home provided us the perfect home base in an ideal, central location close to pretty much everything: parks, breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores. The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and had the basics for cooking (even some basic toiletries as well). Check in and out were smooth and stress free. We look forward to staying again!
