Geplaatst op 9 aug. 2017We as a family (5 persons) had a very pleasant stay in this hotel in the center of Prague. Friendly and helpfull staff, very large bedroom, and very authentic atmosphere. We loved Prague and this hotel.

Geplaatst op 6 okt. 2023 op Hotels비밀번호를 미리 받았는데 호텔에 도착했을때 비밀번호가 맞지 않았습니다. 문을 열수없어서 30분 넘게 호텔에 들어갈수 없었고, 적혀진 전화번호 연결도 되지않았습니다. 이메일로 문의 했을때 답변을 받을수 있었습니다. 여행 며칠전에 비밀번호가 변경되었는지 확인하고 가는게 좋습니다.우리는 수개월전에 비밀번호를 받았고, 그게 변경되었던 것입니다.숙소 위치나 청결도는 매우 좋았습니다. 늦은 밤에는 소음이 없습니다. 1층 펍에서 파는 흑맥주가 아주 맛있습니다. 숙소에 가져가서 먹을수도 있고 펍에서 먹을수도 있습니다.

Hotel in posizione eccezionale. Camere grandi e accoglienti. E' un limite la mancanza della reception. Sono scarse le forniture di shampoo e docciaschiuma.

Good location but overall disappointing
Geplaatst op 16 jul. 2023 op HotelsStayed 4 nights in a double room apartment. Location is very central but also noisy, both from the street but more so from the kitchen in the back. Also food smell was strong in the rooms.
Rooms are not with air condition and were extremely hot. Cleaning could be better and fridge not really cooling.

Amazing location right next to the bridge. And the tavern downstairs has outstanding beer. If you pick this place there are a couple of things you should know. The rooms are upstairs with out an elevator (normal for Prague). And if you pick the 4th floor like we did - the walk up with suitcases can be a little challenging. And you get a code to get it. The code is delivered at 3:00 so if you arrive early - you have to wait (you can drink great beer downstairs). If you get in really early - you will have to find a place to store your suitcases until you can check in. And, the main door (for the bar and hallway) isn't opened until 11:00 am so if you stay multiple nights and go out early - you will need a separate code to get in the front door. That code isn't given with the room code. Get all this worked out before you go out without your phone and can't get back in. But the rooms are amazing and good value. I would highly recommend it as long as you are aware of the challenges I discussed above.

This place is PERFECTLY located in Prague. Right next to the Charles bridge. On the bottom floor is a pub with great beer and good food that seems to be a local favorite. The code literally doesn't work until 3:00 but that is fine as we arrived at 2:40 and had a couple of beer in the pub as we waited. The stairs are a bit of a climb if you have suitcases that are heavy - but the room is amazing. We chose the loft which was just perfect. We travel a lot to unique places and this was as good as we could have asked for
