Unit is ADA accessible with ADA Toilet, grab bars, shower seat & hard surface floors. Home features Indoor and Outdoor Pools and hot tub.

Great location close to Traffic Light #1

We offer leather furniture and upgraded wood flooring and appliances. Free Wifi and Cable with HBO in all rooms.

Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park. Groceries are available just a mile away at Walmart or Kroger.

We are just over a mile from the new convention center & The Island and just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Just one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator and unit can be accessed by a wheelchair. Bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom.

Sorry No Smoking inside and no Pets per the condo policy. HOA does not allow Trailer parking

Very nice stay here. We did not take advantage of the pool or other amenities, but they looked nice. Great communication with owner. Easy check in amd instructions for lock.

Perfect getaway!
My wife and I stayed here for two nights during the Jeep Invasion and were completely satisfied. The condo was clean and comfortable. Although we never made it to the pool it was just across the parking lot. We are most surely going to stay there on our next visit to Pigeon Forge.

It gave us the space we needed for our stay. It was clean and the pictures and descriptions were very accurate. There was plenty of parking and it was very convenient with the elevator right there as well. We would stay here again!

A Nice Retreat
This was the perfect place for my family of 5! The condo was clean and quiet. The TV in the living room looked new (bigger than photo on the listing) and my family appreciated that for a movie night. The kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed. We also loved the quiet balcony with the beautiful view. My husband who gets very stressed on vacations was won over by this place - he was able to relax and enjoy. It was close to all of the city attractions but tucked away and quiet.

Best Condo in PF
This is the best condo we have stayed at in the Pigeon Forge Area. I loved how closed it was to the parkway and the trolley stop. We could walk just about anywhere we wanted or take the trolley if where we wanted to go was a little further out. The home itself was great and gave my family the space we needed and the balcony was a nice treat to relax on after a long day. The condo complex also had 2 pools, a hot tub, playground, and basketball court that our kids loved. Pick this place and you won't be disappointed with your next stay in Pigeon Forge

Quick weekend getaway
I was pleasantly surprised by this condo. I am somewhat of a clean freak and this condo was well kept, clean and very spacious. It was super close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Me and my two teen girls had a great time. We would definitely stay there again.

Condo was close to everything. Condo was very nice and clean. Washing machine had some issues. This was our only downer. As we pack light and use washing machines when we go places. Had to make other arrangements. Owner told us to try balancing the basket in machine but it looked like a bolt was missing to hold it in. Didn’t want to mess it up any worse. We would go back to this location. The owners thought of everything during our stay. Thank you.

This was a beautifully located condo, it was clean and a great vacation place! But the fire alarm kept chirping, upon arrival I messaged the owner. He asked us to remove the battery and the maid will be by to replace it. My husband removed the battery, and the alarm continued to chirp. I messaged the owner back informing we removed the battery and it’s still chirping, but we’re heading out and want to make sure the maid can come in. We never received an answer back and the maid never came with the battery. Overall nice place to stay, but the chirping was quite irritating.

Overall, perfect place to stay and would stay again. Some things need repaired: Fireplace doesn't work right, dishwasher soap holder broke, Washing machine sounds like a monster is in it. Would be nice if it was a bigger washer and dryer and probably more cost effective as well. It was completely annoying and too loud to even watch TV. Everything else about the place absolutely loved and would stay again. Thank you for a great stay!

Winter weekend trip

Okay stay
We got there around 5 ready to check in. We found the room but the code didn’t work. I checked my email and tried it a few times and it didn’t work. I used VRBO’s virtual chat, they gave me the code which is the same I had and it didn’t work. They gave me the owners number. I called, no answer but left a voicemail. I called VRBO’s customer service. They were able to get ahold of the owner. We had been given the wrong code so he gave us the new one. Once we were there, we got the check in email that told us they don’t provide soap so we did have to go get soap for the shower. They also gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 of us so I got more toilet paper too. My only other complaint was when I put the sheets on the bunk bed, they were still damp, noticeably damp. Upon check in the elevator was full of leaves and the pool area was messy. It had been windy so I’m sure that added to the issue. The condo was nice but nothing special, I will say the beds were all comfy. The master bedroom had a wonderful mattress, I slept well! I would still stay there again now that I know what I need to bring. So with those tips, I’d recommend it.
