Comfortable, airy, light, with skylights in bathrooms, this upstairs unit offers a feeling of safety along with accessibility and comfort. The master hosts a new King bed and novafoam mattress, the 2nd bedroom sports a lovely queen bed.

You can stay here with or without a car, there is an assigned covered parking space, and the Scottsdale Trolley stops nearby on Scottsdale Road. Old town hosts multiple restaurants, night clubs and shops. And if you had a couple of drinks, an Uber/Lyft ride from the multitudes of restaurants is probably $5 or less.

Some of my favorite places in the area are walking the water front, stopping in at Tapas or Olive and Ivy, or shopping in fashion square mall (shorter distance to walk than park). In addition to above restaurants, I love walking to Roaring Forks for happy hour, or around the corner to Postinos. There are a mulitude of nice restaurants just cross Camelback and Scottsdale, and you'll find Olive and Ivy, the Breakfast Club, and Tapas.

Hiking- Camelback MTN is iconic and about a mile to the Cholla Canyon trailhead. the McDowels and Gateway loop are closer to 8 miles. Pinnacle Peak is a little further north, less rocks, steeper, shorter, a must as is Tom's Thumb.
I love to just walk the waterfront, you can take the path to Hersberger Park and then return for about a 5mile walk.

Enjoy going on short drives?- Verde Valley, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek. Or take a day drive to Sedona, unbelievably beautiful.

This location couldn’t be better! Plethora of options is no exaggeration and the proximity to the mall is an added bonus. With rising temps, we managed 4 mile walks indoors every morning while window shopping before stores opened. We would both recommend as well as return.

I was relaxed because I couldn’t really watch Tv I’m a TV person so there’s 3 TV’s but not good cable service at all The house was nice and clean except my shower had some sort of crumbs or pieces of lint I wasn’t touching it with my hands ! So I really had to scrub the tub in order to take a shower The Odor in the house was horrible I don’t know where it was coming from but it had a very bad odor. 2 days of spraying a good scent and keeping all of the windows open got us Through we could breathe The washing machine is beautiful and brand new but it smells like mold and mildew . Maybe the rugs need to be cleaned they looked good. The odor in the house was the worst for me.

We enjoyed our stay totally. The neighborhood and location are great. Many things in walking distance. Short drive to Desert Botanical Garden, a bit further to Cave Creek with its remarkable homes and suagaro “forests.” Jewel Creek our favorite. The apartment itself gave us everything we needed. We never became adept at the Direct TV operation, but we did not come to watch tv. Very nice to have a balcony outside the door. I enjoyed breakfast there each day. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

Nice unit in an older property. Kitchen and bathrooms have beer recently updated. Great location to Old Town Scottsdale, and other points of interest. Next to hiking and biking trails. One mile walk to town. Sprouts Organic Grocery is one mile as well. Would recommend.

The location was very convenient to many places in Scottsdale. The king bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. Plenty of clothes hangers (not the case in many other VRBOs). Nice to have off-street parking. However, contrary to many other reviews, the owner took about a day and a half to reply to our emails, phone calls and texts about an issue regarding the thermostat. A later non-essential inquiry for additional check-out information was replied to in about 24 hours. Also, the condo would be much more pleasant if it had better lighting and power strips adjacent to both beds.

Our VRBO was relaxing and convenient to all our activities. It was central to the hiking, shopping and sight seeing we enjoyed. The hosts made sure we were well supplied with kitchen, bath, and bed items. We were lacking in no amenities. They were responsive to questions and advice.

Beautiful and Comfortable, In A Perfect Location
We were exploring Scottsdale for the first time, and loved staying here. It's in a residential neighborhood, but within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and parks--including Old Town and the big Fashion Square mall. Other stores, two gyms and two groceries are only five or ten minutes away by car. Then we got to come home and relax in this well-designed space.
