Sunsplash is conveniently located right at the front of the Seacrest neighborhood, but not directly on 30A so no street noise. It's directly across from the 12,000 square foot pool and very close (~100yds) to the beach and the shops/restaurants in Rosemary and Alys. If you look at the map below, you'll see that it's the second house on the right when you enter the neighborhood.

Sunsplash has lots of privacy -- especially on the rooftop deck where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf and spectacular sunsets. It’s on a quiet cul-de-sac where kids can play and ride their bikes. And, it's just a 3-minute stroll down a private, palm-lined path to the beach. If you prefer not to walk, a complimentary golf cart will pick you up at your doorstep. It's also just a few steps away from the shops, restaurants and live music at Peddler's Pavilion (~50 yards), Rosemary and Alys.

We love to cook and entertain, so we've stocked the kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal. The large, open style kitchen, dining and living room layout makes it easy and fun for everyone to enjoy meals and hang out together. Relax in front of the 60" HD TV with 5.1 Surround Sound and watch a movie or listen to music. There’s also high-speed gigabit fiber internet access and WiFi, and a complete selection of board games for the kids.

Sunsplash sleeps 12 comfortably in beds with four large, well appointed bedrooms, including the 3rd floor ‘family suite,’ each with its own full bath and TV.

Seacrest is an ideal place for families and people of all ages. Walk the cobble-stone streets in the Seacrest neighborhood, bike along scenic 30-A, enjoy the free concerts and outdoor movies, dine at casual and gourmet restaurants, and let the kids run off to the ice cream parlor and candy store.

A 15 minute car ride East will take you to Pier Park. This indoor/outdoor mall boasts a magnificent new movie theater, great restaurants, fun shops and tons of activities for kids and families. Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach are approximately a 10-to-15 minute drive away. Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytowne Wharf, Destin, waterparks and several golf courses are all within a short drive.

We hope you enjoy our beach house and make wonderful, lasting memories. Fix yourself a drink, or take your favorite book and head upstairs to the roof-top deck and chill… it’s going to be a GREAT vacation!

It doesn’t get much better than this…
Sunsplash exceeded our expectations! To start off, the host provided all the info we needed, and was prompt in responding to any questions we had. The home was absolutely amazing! I won’t go room by room, but it was clean, beautifully decorated and we felt like we were at home. Enough space for two families to live comfortably. The pool was beautiful and the beach was a very short walk. There were lots of shops within walking distance and everyone was so polite. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. The host was great and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Great location
Had a fabulous week at Sunsplash! Greg was responsive to texts, calls, and emails prior to our arrival and very accommodating. The house had new flooring and fresh paint. The kitchen was very well equipped. We all loved being so close to the pool, shops, and restaurants. The short walk to the beach was easy. The beach was packed. We got there at 6:15 most mornings to stake our spot near the water. The pictures online need to be updated. I understand the floors and paint are new and the owner probably hasn't had a chance to show that in the pictures. The kitchen cabinets don't look anything like the pics. I would have like to have seen more pictures of the interior of the house rather than the exterior, common areas, or general area (pool, beach, peddlers pavilion). It was difficult to identify which bedrooms were masters. There were pictures of only 2 of the bathrooms. There were some beach chairs and beach toys available for our use. The extra large washer and dryer were great. Loved the outside shower.

We enjoyed the location to all things! Beach, pool, and eateries are all very walkable. Great recommendations in the binder. Layout was perfect and the rooftop patio was a nice hang in the evening! Upon arrival, we did have to wipe down counters and sweep. The kitchen must have been missed. Coffee on the front porch was peaceful. Siding could use a sweep with all the webs. Loved having laundry on site! Overall, we enjoyed!

Wonderful week in the Sunsplash!
House was in a perfect location- pool across the street, stores/restaurants a few minutes walk away & easy access to tram to get to the beach! We had a great time cooking in the kitchen, relaxing on the couch and utilizing the fun beach toys/chairs. I would definitely recommend staying at this house to other friends and would come back again! Thanks for letting us make memories in your home!

The property is in a great location. The property manager responded very quickly to our concerns. The house was not clean at all. Bathrooms were terrible. By reading the description I was under the impression there were four mater bedrooms but there were only two master bedroom and a total of four bathrooms.

This was our second stay at Sunsplash. Owner is very communicative and responsive and the house is in a perfect location - just a few minutes walk to the beach and all that Seacrest, Alys, and Rosemary have to offer. The house has very comfortable beds, a kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies, and lovely porches for hanging out. We will be back.

Summer Vacation
Nothing but great things to say about the property! The location is fantastic with a short easy walk to the beach and the pool is literally right across the street. With small children this is great for breaks and such because it is so easy to get back to the house and eat or rest. We have been to Florida 10 years now for summer break and this was by far the best location we have been too. We also enjoyed the fact that everything you need is within walking distance minus the grocery store but it is only a few minute drive. A close second the the location was the communication with the owners. They were great to work with and extremely fast to respond to questions. Thanks for a great trip and we will try and come back for sure!

Great location near pool, Peddler’s Pavilion, and beach access point. Easy process with owner and everything was as represented. Loved porches and it was nice to have beach supplies available. Beds were very comfortable. Weather was a little chilly so wish pool was heated.

Much needed family reunion
The location cannot be beat! Easy walk to the beach, and the tram is very quick to arrive to haul the family and gear to the beach. The umbrella/beach chair rentals add a hefty cost to the vacay, at approx $200 per day for our group. The small beach area open to those not renting from la dolce vita is very crowded, and canopies are not allowed. One day we chose to go to the public Inlet Beach, and it was fantastic. Not crowded, great for swimming. It was our favorite beach time. Sunplash is such an easy walk to the pool, and the pool is fabulous! The cafe by the pool offers really good burgers, seafood baskets and frozen drinks. Sunplash is spacious, and the perfect size for our family. Although the description talks about the gulf view from the upper deck, there is no view. New, 3 story homes have been built and there is no view unless you look just right between houses you'll see about one inch of water. Go to the beach before sunset for the best photo moments. It's just stunning. We also enjoyed searching for crabs at night. The home shows some tough wear & tear in the middle of the high season, which is understandable. But some of the issues were distracting--such as the cabinet front on the 1st floor bathroom that had fallen off and left a gaping hole. Stains on the white sofa, fridge door shelves missing, toilet not working properly. The kitchen is really well stocked! Much appreciated because we did most of our cooking at the house, to avoid crowded restaurants. The provided beach towels are a bonus, as well as a few beach chairs. Be sure to bring shampoo and soap for showers, plus detergent, these essentials are not provided Two big SUV's kept parking in our 3 assigned spaces, and when reported to the property managers, we were told that they don't know anything about that. No offer of steps to take to resolve. The neighborhood is really quiet, and enjoyable to walk or bike. Bike rentals are just a block away, and a fun way to explore the area. We checked in on a Saturday afternoon, and be warned that shopping at the nearest Publix for groceries on Saturday or Sunday is an absolute madhouse. The staff told us it's that way every Sat, Sun and Mon. Getting to the dairy aisle was nearly impossible for the crowds and pushing. They were out of many items (such as Sprite) but the produce was fresh and plentiful. The best part of the trip: 3 generations spending a relaxing week together after 16 months apart in a great house.

Great vacation in Seacrest!
We had a wonderful time and Sunsplash was great and very spacious. We had family members ranging in age from grandparents to teens and a toddler. So close to the pool and a short walk to beach. We only had to leave to get groceries other than that everything was within walking distance. Very cute shops and Starbucks also close. We will definitely return!!!

Perfect Location!
Best vacation ever! The location was absolutely perfect! So close to all the restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere. Only used the car to go to the grocery store which was super close. The beach was a 5 min walk and you could also take the tram which has a stop right outside the front door! The pool was across the street from the house and was super clean and very family friendly. Two of the adults had to work a couple of days and had no problem with the WIFI. The rooftop deck was the best part of the house! Greg the owner was great. He is very quick to respond and answers all questions. Thanks Greg, we will defiantly stay here again!

We loved the house. It had a great cozy, comfortable, homey vibe. The bedrooms were spacious. The location was awesome! Amenities were great. The rooftop deck was special for morning coffee and for evening cocktails. Very close to the pool and to the tram stop. Just a couple of blocks walking distance from the beach.
