The Space:
Villa for 7 people located in one of the best luxury urbanizations in the area, where you can enjoy the advantages that this entails; garden, pool and tranquility. Two double rooms, one of them being a suit, and a third one with three individual beds.
The Neighborhood:
Can Isaac is a luxury urbanization located in Palau Saverdera. A quiet neighborhood with a small population of 1476 habitants. One of the most distinctive aspects of this urbanization is the Neolithic town and several dolmens that were found in the late 80's. Today you can go visit this sample of history, enjoying a walk, without using the car and without leaving the urbanization.
The town can be accessed from the same urbanization, and there you can find basic services (town supermarkets, bar, restaurants, hairdresser, etc).
Palau - Saverdera is full of history, a good example is its church (of Romanesque origin) built at the beginning of the 11th century or the clock tower (one of 4 in the old feudal castle). We invite our clients to spend an afternoon of their holiday to visit it!
If you fancy going shopping or doing a cultural visit, Figueres, the capital of Ampurdán, is the ideal place. There you will find a variety of shops and restaurants to spend a good day. The Dalí museum is another highly recommended option, a large part of his works can be found there. This famous painter had a house in the well-known town of Cadaqués, which today is a museum open to the public.
Finally, it is worth highlighting Rosas, where you can enjoy the beach, the sun and the restaurants. Some of the best most recommended beaches are: Cala Montjoi, Cala Murtra, Cala Rustella and Cala Jòncols.
Water park: Aquabrava, Roses.
Skydiving: Empuriabrava (it is also worth going to visit it).
Bowling / bowling: Empuriabrava.
Go Karting: Roses and Empuriabrava (Near the parachuting center).
Horse Riding: Near Palau Saverdera taking the road that goes towards Castelló d'Empúries.
Sailing, windsurfing and kite surfing: Empuriabrava, Roses and Sant Pere Pescador. You can enjoy this service on most beaches.
Hiking: Numerous hiking trails, the closest are in the Sierra Verdera.
Cinema: Roses and Figueres (Thursdays, in Roses, you can see the films in the original version).
Diving: Roses (Cala Montjoi) and Cadaqués.
Kayak: Roses, Canyelles Petites, Almadrava, Cala Montjoi, Cala Joncols.
Bird watching: In the Aiguamolls, Cortalet, on the road to Sant Pere Pescador.
Getting Around:
In Palau Saverdera there are two bus stops, at most they arrive in Cadaqués or Figueres. In Vilajuiga, there is a train station stop towards Barcelona and Portbou; and in Figueres / Vilafant, there are several public transports. Apart from the bus and the train, there is the high-speed train (AVE), recommended if you want to go to Barcelona.
The property has an outdoor car park inside the property. You can also park on the street, it is very safe.
