Location of the hotel is fantastic, walking distance to Grand Central, Rockefeller and Times Square yet quiet. There is a nice bar with a small display case for drinks and snacks. Rooms are neat, the service was friendly but the (our) comfort was less.. Our 3-person suite was equipped with a sofa bed that was in a terrible condition, making normal sleep without waking up broken impossible. The only solution offered was an extra mattress, which helped a bit but still didn't solve the 'valley' in the middle of the bed. Furthermore, it seems very complicated when booking for 3 people to prepare the room for the same number of people on arrival (make the 3rd bed ..) and therefore to put down sufficient towels, cups, etc. And to keep this up during the stay, so you don't have to ask for it each day. A pity because it limits your holiday experience. Please be aware that the hotel doesn't respond to any messages via the hotel.com chat function. We asked few times upfront for some advise on nearby dining options but, although read by the hotel, no respons was given.
So, overall the stay was okay in this nice hotel, which you can visit without hesitation as long as you are prepared for some disappointments.
