'This is a "Tiny" house - very small to what we expected but at least it has a large verandah with an outdoor table & seats plus 2 sun chairs where one can sit out and admire the lovely mountain view. Ample power points. Firepit out the front with BBQ hotplates & mesh grill was used every day & for us this was the highlight and the reason we chose this property. The immediate surrounds are untidy and ugly - mainly old building debris which should be cleaned away if it's to be used for...

'A group of school teachers stayed at the Emuvale School House or Frogs 🐸 Hollow and were enchanted by the Acorn, Bottle and Cypress trees, went in the swings and Ezzie the dog had lots of room to explore! We enjoyed the fireplace, our rooms and the lovely claw bathtub and had a ball at the Jazz and Jumpers Festival in nearby Killarney and Warwick!'
