This south facing apartment is on an elevated site with stunning sea and mountain views, with its villas dotted here and there across the mountain, and can be seen from every window. There is also a 22 sq m terrace, fully equipped with dining table/chairs for 6 people and 2 sunbeds with large umbrella if you decide to take to the shade for the hottest part of the day. As the sun shines on this terrace all day long, this is a great spot to watch the sun rise as the boats go out to sea or watch them come back in with all their catch as the sun sets. This prime fully equipped apartment (including WiFi)is set into the mountains is in a quiet tranquil setting and yet only 5 minutes from the extensive 5km beach on Mojacar Playa. The apartment is literally 5/10 minutes walk from all the local amenities-
best beach, supermarket, many bars. A wide variety of restaurants to choose from, bus services etc. Car hire not required but recommended if you want to fully appreciate the area. The apartment has its own designated parking space too. Bicycles can be hired locally if you so wish. A lift and stairs is available to this 4th floor apartment.

Inside this air conditioned of an apartment, we have a seperate kitchen fully equiped with Oven, Electric cooker, Microwave, full size Fridge Freezer, Washing machine, Iron, Ironing board,Coffee machine, Toaster.

The double bedroom is en suite.

The Single bedroom has one single bed and a set of bunk beds.

The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a bath, toilet, sink and bidet.

The main bathroomis equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and bidet

TV is both a spanish tv system (DTV) and satellite system with an extensive range of channels.

We have a wide variety of reading material also.

Towels and Beach towels are also supplied.

Please note that Christmas / New Year and Easter periods are based at the mid season rate.

These prices exclude a cleaning fee of €90 payable locally on arrival and can vary depending on when you stay and how long. Prices are also subject to change at the advertisers discretion.


Very close by are beautiful areas of interest such as Mojacar Pueblo (9km), port town of Garrucha (10km) Both are accessible by the local bus service, the fishing village of Villaricos (15km). In the other direction the spectacular coast road winds its way through the Cabo de Gata National Park towards Carboneras (21km)

Everything is within easy reach once you come onto the Playa which is 5-7 minutes walk downhill from the apartment.

There are 4 golf courses ranging between 2 and 15 minutes drive. Marina de la Torre 5700 metres Par 72.Desert Springs, world famous course - 6179 metres Par 72. Valle del Este 5751 metres Par 71. Cortijo Grande 5500 metres Par 72. Details and information can be found within the apartment.

There is a Water Park in the nearby town of Vera- about 20 minutes drive or you can also take the bus which stops just down from the apartment where it meets the Playa and runs regularly and on time!

A welcome pack can be arranged and available for you on arrival, which is also payable locally on foot of a receipt.

We can assist you with transport to and from the airport if required, from both Almeria, Murcia and Alicante airports. Transport costs are payable locally also.

Mala experiencia
Estuvimos 5 personas con mi familia 3 noches, después de pagar la reserva y a falta de una semana me comunica la propietaria que tengo que dejar 90 euros extra en efectivo cuando salga del apartamento para la limpieza, es la primera vez que esto me ocurre y yo no estoy de acuerdo ya que tenemos un presupuesto para gastar en el apartamento y si eso lo se antes no lo hubiese reservado ya que si lo cancelo pierdo el dinero de la reserva, por lo tanto no iba a pagar ese dinero ya que en la reserva ya estaba incluido unos gastos de servicio los cuales ya había pagado y para colmo la limpieza de la casa brillaba por su ausencia ya que las sabanas de una de las camas pequeñas tenían arena de playa cuando llegamos, en la parte inferior del hueco entre la lavadora y la pared había telas de araña, otro día estábamos cocinando y salieron hormigas pequeñas por el suelo de la cocina y subían hacia la encimera. En la descripción ponía que había parrilla barbacoa y cuando llegamos no estaba en ningún sitio, el aire acondicionado de la habitación pequeña no funcionaba, el frigorífico y congelador apenas enfriaba aún estando a máxima potencia, el tendedero de la terraza estaba deteriorado, un casquillo de las bombillas de la terraza estaba roto y tuvimos que arreglarlo para poder cenar en la terraza por la noche. No volveremos a repetir ya que la experiencia no ha sido buena.

Perfect Views
Lovely Stay Apartment had everything you need for self catering needs even down to beach towels , just a five mini stroll to beaches resteraunts , cocktail bar ,cafes and wellness centre ie.massage and beauty treatments which hire bikes as well. Fantastic location bus right at the bottom of the hill, to travel to pueblo, water park and markets . Hope to be back one day!

El apartamento es precioso y refleja exactamente la descripción. Todas las estancias tienen aire acondicionado y la terraza con vistas al mar y a la sierra son inmejorables. La ubicación es muy buena, justo a unos minutos caminando a una playa tranquila de agua y arena limpias. La comunicación con Linda ha sido correcta y fluida previamente y durante la estancia. Recomendado 100% para disfrutar del entorno!

Picturesque Setting
Lovely well equipped property with an amazing terrace and fabulous views. We have just returned from a great two week stay here. The owner Linda was fabulous and easy to contact and so very helpful. Also Pat who organised our taxi transfers and much appreciated shopping order was fantastic. Highly recommend and our only issue was due to our old age 🤣 we found the hill to the property too difficult and sadly due to this will not be able to return. Thank you so much Linda, you are an amazing host and we had the best of time in Mojacar ❤️

Fantastic stay
We had a fabulous stay at the apartment. Great views from the large terrace which is sunny all day long as south facing. Great location, just a 4/5 minute walk down the hill to the the closest bars/restaurants and the bus stop, which is handy for going up to the Pueblo (just over one Euro). Linda/Pat on hand if you have any issues - we didn't have any but took advantage of their local knowledge for recommendations. Thank you.

Fantastic views, good location
The views from the balcony are fantastic (worth the steep climb to the property). The location is very good, only a short stroll to the beach and bars/restaurants. Communication with the owner was also very good. We were a bit disappointed with the inside of the apartment as it was a bit dark with lots of unmatched furniture. We felt it did need a bit of an update, especially for the price. Although we didn’t try very hard, we couldn’t get any tv channels in English. The WiFi worked well. It was a real bonus to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The a/c unit in the living area wasn’t working properly so it was particularly hot and meant we couldn’t really use this area (although we were outside a lot). Although we enjoyed the balcony and views, it would be better to have a canopy rather than a parasol, as it can get very windy (we were worried about the parasol blowing over/off the balcony). The pool is pleasant and a short walk away, but isn’t particularly suitable for sunbathing. It was useful to have equipment/towels we could take to the beach. Overall, we enjoyed it but thought it could have been much better.

Relax cerca del mar
El apartamento de Linda es perfecto. Tal y como lo describe en el anuncio. La terraza espectacular para desayunar, comer o cenar mirando al mar o a las montañas, según se desee. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo imprescindible, sin que haga falta llevar nada desde casa. Muy cerca de la playa, con numerosos restaurantes si no se desea cocinar en casa. La playa es de piedrecitas, cosa que ya sabíamos, pero está muy limpia y con muy poca gente. Tanto Linda como Pat, que nos recibió el primer día, atentas y pendientes de todo. Una apuesta segura para unos días de relax cerca del mar.

This apartment is in a fabulous location, eight minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The terrace is a good size. There was plenty of room for five of us and the view of the sea and the mountains is superb. The beds were comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water for a shower. The air conditioning unit in the lounge was not working. Although an engineer came out to take a look it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. Pat, the local contact, was very helpful.

Fantastic Views
Really enjoyed our stay. Terrace is great for sun worshippers, you can literally get the sun all day, although does get too hot in the afternoon but big enough to get under the umbrellas for the shade. Found it really quiet but a few of the adjacent apartments were unoccupied. Apartment is well equipped & is spacious. It's ideally situated, a 5 minute walk downhill to the front (I timed it), however, harder work coming back up.....if you are walking, the last 50 metres is challenging. Plenty of parking available if you don't fancy the walk!! Linda was very informative & accommodating for our early flight. Also helped us with a lift from the airport, Pat was an absolute star....so efficient. Would definitely consider going again & would highly recommend.

Sehr schöne Lage, zentral aber dennoch ruhig.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Alles erforderliche ist vorhanden. Das Appartement wird tagsüber sehr warm. Aber die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Der Strand und Mojacar Playa ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schöne Aussicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hemos estado muy a gusto . La urbanización tranquila y a 5 minutos andando de la playa
El apartamento es excepcional , con una gran terraza , habitaciones espaciosas y todo muy limpio y bien cuidado . La piscina está muy bien aunque a veces se hace pequeña para toda la urbanización pero las veces que la hemos usado o hemos estado solos o prácticamente solos .

El apartamento está genial con todo lo que necesitas para que tu estancia sea un lujo. Dispone de todas las comodidades necesarias, menaje suficiente y la terraza es un lujo, se disfruta muchísimo de los desayunos al aire libre con esas maravillosas vistas al mar y a la montaña. La tranquilidad de la urbanización y de la zona en general es perfecta para un auténtico descanso, con la ventaja de que a 10 min. andando estás en la avenida principal repleta de un montón de restaurantes, bares y chiringuitos perfectos para comer, cenar, tomar algo, etc., y cuando quieres descansar vuelves al apartamento y el silencio es total. Al lado del apartamento tienes un montón de playas para disfrutar del mar y con todas las facilidades de una playa urbana, además si quieres algo más "salvaje" tienes un montón de playas vírgenes en los alrededores en las que no encontrarás apenas gente, y podrás disfrutar de las maravillosas playas salvajes de Cabo de Gata en todo su esplendor. La comunicación con Linda, su propietaria, ha sido magnífica desde el minuto cero. Nos ha proporcionado un montón de información y recomendaciones principalmente de restaurantes y bares de la zona y ha sido todo un acierto, porque hemos comido y cenado de lujo a unos precios bastante asequibles. Muchas gracias por todo Linda! Lo dicho, hemos disfrutado de una magnifica semana de vacaciones conociendo y disfrutando del maravilloso paraje de Cabo de Gata y del maravilloso apartamento de Linda. Volveremos en cuento tengamos oportunidad!

Our wonderful stay in Mojacar
Unfortunately our stay had to be cut short from 14 nights to 7 but what an amazing find. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and the manager had left a fabulous package of goodies for us including bread, water, milk, cheese and jam, and then threw in extras such as a box of chocolates to compensate for our short stay. The views from the terrace were amazing with sea and mountain views and if you want a relaxing stay you would not even have to leave the apartment. If on the other hand you like to eat out, the restaurants and bars are only a 3 minute walk away. The only downside was the steep walk up to the apartment, however the views were worth every step. We definitely will be back !!

Second, fantastic holiday in this lovely apartment!
Our second time in this apartment and again nothing disappointed. From easy check-in, to check-out, it was perfect. Linda the owner, is readily contactable and nothing is too much trouble for her. Generous apartment with lovely spacious; sun drenched terrace with fabulous views of both the sea and the mountains. Everything you could possibly need is in there, from English TV, Wi-Fi to beach chairs & parasol plus even a cool box for the beach. Fantastic location a short stroll from the playa. Lovely & hope to be back there again soon!
