Bottom of Villa with private and exclusive access to all the amenities of the villa three bedrooms and independent studio with sleeping accommodation for two people swimming pool garden fully equipped kitchen with access to living terrace numerous terraces; With a Smart TV in the living room and unlimited internet (wifi). Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning. There is an independent studio with a double sofa bed and a separate kitchen and air conditioning. The villa is located within the Sitio de Calahonda urbanization in the immediate vicinity of the beaches and shops as well as golf, paddle tennis, without the noise of the A7. Many restaurants nearby. The ideal location allows you to go both to Malaga at the covered market or in the pedestrian center which is a delight both culturally and for shopping, as well as to the picturesque pueblo of Mijas or, again, to Marbella or Puerto Banus. In the immediate vicinity and on foot of the beaches and the port of Cabopino. Proximity to commercial surfaces. Paddle golf and tennis in the immediate vicinity and on foot. Given the proximity of the AP7 it is also possible to quickly go to Sotogrande to stroll to the market on Sundays or attend a polo match.

Très belle villa agréable à vivre dans quartier calme
La villa est située dans un quartier calme résidentiel de Calahonda. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs sont entourés de pins. La piscine est superbe. Il y a plusieurs endroits extérieurs, conformes aux photos de l'annonce, pour manger, se reposer ou jouer aux cartes. L'intérieur de la maison est très propre et bien décoré. 2 des 3 chambres ont la climatisation. Et la maison est bien sécurisée avec des grilles que l'on ferme le soir devant chaque porte ou fenêtre. La cuisine est bien équipée pour cuisiner, mais petit bémol pour le frigidaire qui est de petite taille, non adapté pour 6 personnes (nous étions 4 et nous nous sommes arrangés mais il faut le savoir). Et pour information, il y a un studio séparé avec canapé lit et douche/wc mais que nous n'avons pas utilisé car il donne directement sur la rue (même si c'est la fin de la rue, donc peu passant). Et à noter que la plage est en contrebas du quartier à 20 minutes à pied en passant sous l'autoroute (ça descend àl'aller et ça monte au retour), du coup nous avons plutôt profité de la piscine privée. Merci à Valerie et Raquel pour cet agréable séjour.

Super lækkert hus med gode ude mulighede. Dejlig stor terrasse og fed pool.
Dejligt hus med go plads. Gode store værelser, fint køkken. Opvasker var ikke for god. Var der problemer, henvendte vi os til udlejer og de blev staks fixet. Fik tjekket poolen og fejet terrassen flere gange på de 10 dage vi var der. Vi havde en super dejlig ferie i huset. Det var fedt.

La villa me a parecido de lujo,el jardín,la piscina y el interior de la casa es genial la zona muy buena para descansar sin ruidos ni molestias,muy cerca de supermercados y restaurantes para comer.La villa aún a pesar de los años está muy bien cuidada.Las deficiencias que ví fueron sobre todo electricas,en los primeros días tube que llamar para que vinieran a activar las luces del exterior por que no funcionaban y en los ultimos días tambien tubimos problemas en 3 habitaciones y 2 baños por que se quedaron sin luz por fallos electricos, si arreglan la instalación electrica completa sería perfecta la casa.Aún así estube muy agusto allí y volvería a ír, la dueña muy atenta y amable.

Mehr Schein als Sein...
Leider entsprach die Villa nicht der Beschreibung und den Fotos auf der Homepage. Für eine hohe vierstellige Summe hat man die Unteretage einer abgewohnten und mehr als in die Jahre gekommenen Villa mit alten Bädern, alter Küche und einfachster Ausstattung der Schlafzimmer erhalten. Auch der Garten war ungepflegt, viel Laub und Dreck um und im Pool. Die Eigentümer haben auf unsere Beschwerden hin eingelenkt und zumindest 60% rückerstattet, obgleich wir nach einer von 21 gebuchten Nächten die "Villa" verlassen und uns etwas Neues gesucht haben... Wer wenig Wert auf Komfort und Qualität legt, mietet zumindest eine zentrale Lage an der Costa del Sol...

Silvester in Calahonda
Wir haben zusammen mit unseren Freunden 9 herrliche Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Von der Buchung bis zum Check-Out lief alles reibungslos und wir wurden hervorragend betreut. Das Haus selber ist einfach traumhaft und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Auch das Grundstück mit Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Auto zum Einkaufen und um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen ist Pflicht. Das kann man sicher hinter dem elektrischen Tor abstellen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Enjoyable stay with room for improvement
We stayed in this villa from 3 to 14 September 2018. The villa enjoys a quiet and peaceful location in Sitio de Calahonda. There are excellent amenities (shops and bars) close by and it is a good location to discover Malaga, Marbella and beyond. Whilst overall we enjoyed our holiday, a number of issues arose that were not apparent in the advertisement. Of particular note, the villa smells strongly of damp and there are several walls throughout the villa where damp is visible. One bedroom in particular smelled so badly that it was rendered unusable and the chair in the room was covered in damp spores. The owner is obviously aware, as there were no fewer than 8 air freshener devices throughout the villa. When we got back to the UK, we had to wash all our clothes thoroughly as the pervading smell of damp returned back on our clothes. Although the entirety of the villa is pictured in some of the photographs in the advertisement, it is worth noting that you only have use of the ground floor (the owner lives upstairs, although wasn't in situ during our stay). Unfortunately, we had trouble with the WiFi during our stay and were not able to rectify this ourselves as the router was in the owner's part of the villa, which was locked. Each time the WiFi went down (and it did several times), we had to contact the owner's representative to come out and fix it. On a positive note, the villa is well equipped (please note there is no washing machine). The outside of the villa is extensive and well equipped with sun loungers and pool accessories. However, there are several cracked tiles in and around the pool area. On balance, we enjoyed our holiday, but is was certainly adversely affected by the issues that I have mentioned. This would be an excellent villa if these issues were rectified.

Wir waren bei Buchung etwas nervös, da es nur zwei bisherige Bewertungen gab und die Bilder eher "zu schön" aussahen. Aber als wir ankamen, waren wir begeistert. Der Pool und die Terassen waren wahnsinnig schön. Das ganze Grundstück ist durch hohe HEcken vor Blicken der Nachbarn geschützt und auch innen hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gab ungefragt housekeeping und frische Handtücher nach ein paar Tagen. Einzig der Billardtisch könnte eine Instandsetzung vertragen. Sonst alles perfekt. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder!

Très belle maison, environnement calme. Seul bel mol, le carrelage autour de la piscine est très glissant. Pas très convivial pour les enfants…. Mer accessible en voiture pour les meilleures plages. Commerces proches, on peut s'y rendre à pied si pas trop d'achats à faire….
