During your stay at Le Marina Bay, take a moment to relax by the pool or the hot tub.

Conditions and house rules:
-During your stay, you will have access to the entire condo as well as the common spaces of the property. It is forbidden to smoke on the balcony, inside the condo or the property.

-We are asking you to let us know your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to check in. The host will meet you onsite. Regular check in time is from 4 P.M to 9 P.M *Late check in fees applies (upon check in) for late arrival after regular check in time. No check in are allowed after midnight.

-We provide all the basics such as linens, pillows, towels, cookware and dishes. The travellers must do the laundry (towels) during the stay, wash the dishes and empty the garbage. Body soap, shampoo and other hygiene or cleaning supply are not provided.

-We are asking you to let us know your estimated time of departure at least 24 hours prior to check out. Check out time maximum 10 A.M. *Late check out fees applies for late departure after regular check out time. A late check out must be approved by the property's team before.

The Neighborhood:
Sunny Isles is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Known for the cultural diversity, the fishing pier, and the outdoor activities such as snorkelling. It is one of the safest places to visit with family, you will find several children’s playgrounds around. The Sunny Isles Beach is surrounded by luxurious hotels and condominiums. The perfect relaxing escape!

Relaxing family vacation with a beautiful view!!

Balcony view was amazing, condo and building were extremely clean (smells great), nice pool, hot tub and parking garage spot. Condo had everything we needed for a day at the beach - 6 beach chairs, two umbrellas, beach cart and cooler. As other reviews state the furniture and decor is outdated, but the furniture and beds were very comfortable. I liked the affordable price vs. having newer furniture. The living room TV needs to be replaced with a smart TV but other than that this place is fantastic!! Plus, a nice Publix is 1 block away.

View of the bay

Our stay in the Marina Bay Club condo was lovely. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable and the kitchen had the dishes, etc needed to prepare meals. The balcony overlooked the bay so we could enjoy a beautiful view while relaxing and catching some rays or the sunset.

This unit has great location, great views, was very clean , super comfortable beds. Furniture is a little outdated but thats not much of a consern. Pool water was awesome. Overall we had a great time.

Intercoastal view

Pictures are accurate, which is appreciated. Our favorite was having dinner together on the large balcony in each evening. The view of the intercoastal is lovely and calming. Marina Beach is a lovely piece of property, well-cared for and landscaped, with a nice pool area. We liked that Joslyn showed us about the property when we arrived, its a condo/hotel combination with good security. We've rented a few times in Sunny Isles, we liked this location best. It's quiet, walkable to Publix and a strip mall with restaurants and stores. There was a good supply of beach towels (a rarity in most rentals), beach chairs, etc. It was a working trip, we were packing our daughter to move out of state, so we didn't have time to enjoy the beach. One negative was the master bath shower, it's small and the water pressure was weak. We would definitely stay at Marina Beach again, when the occasion arose.
