Cozy and charming Single home with light-filled rooms (3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths). Great location!
This Newly renovated house easily accommodates 8 guests. It is a perfect gateway for vacation or business, family groups or couples.
This house is centrally located in a quiet area of Kendall, 15 mins away for the Falls Shopping Mall, Dadeland Mall, Miami Metro Zoo and less than a mile from MDCC Miami Dade Community College. The Yellow house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. Downstairs there
is Living/Dinning room 1/2 bath and also a space that serves as an entertainment/office room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed.

Convenient and Central Location
We loved our stay at this home! The hosts were very prompt and welcoming and the home has pretty much every amenity you could need! We visited Miami, the Everglades and the Keys and this was so perfectly situated for all of these! There were also so many helpful pamphlets and flyers in the home to help us find food and activities nearby. Overall an amazing stay!

Super convenient
This was our first experience with a VRBO or like rental property and we'll definitely stay like this again. So much more convenient than a hotel to have laundry available when you're having beach excursions. The house is well positioned between easy access to the interstate, and shopping, restaurants, groceries, and gas stations. We left lots of pets at home, so we actually loved seeing the lizards on the patio and having the neighborhood cat come to visit. We will remember fondly our week at the Yellow House.

Very Nice Home
The Yellow House was clean, convenient and very roomy. The outdoor space was a plus. The extra living room was a plus. The hosts are way beyond a plus!! The hosts were super fast and super courteous in their responses. A very nice place to stay - convenient to everything. I would definitely recommend and WILL stay again!

Cute Place
This was a really charming house. Had everything we needed for a week with four young kids. It was a good central location for all the places we wanted to go (beaches, Everglades, Biscayne NP, Key Largo). We also appreciated that there was a grocery store less than 5 minutes away. And the kids loved the little playground right in front of the house! One drawback was the road noise heard in the master bedroom. I just put a white noise app on my phone and then it wasn’t a problem.
