Spacious balcony and roof terrace overlooking picturesque golf course. Wet room with large shower. Two double bedrooms and walk through living room/kitchen. Next door to the club house and adjacent to tennis court, putting green and driving range in a delightful two storey block with pool. Beautiful beach of Son Parc and all amenities (shops, restaurants and bars) is a short walk away.

This is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its beaches, coves, forests and what must surely be the most picturesque of golf courses. Whether you are looking for relaxation and tranquillity or activities such as golf, tennis, fishing, diving, cycling or horse riding this is for you. There is so much to explore and so many delightful views. There are numerous good restaurants in wonderful settings where you can drink fine wine and watch the sun go down. This is one of the gems of the Mediterranean waiting to be rediscovered. We deal in property in the Caribbean and Europe and believe that there is no more beautiful place than this area of Menorca.

The championship golf course is flat and incredibly picturesque, surrounded by beautiful pine woods, and featuring lakes, wild canes and peacocks. It was designed by Dave Thomas who designed the Belfry.
Son Parc is an easy 18km drive from the airport along one road. This is an area or outstanding natural beauty including forests and undeveloped coves and beaches. There are many activities in the area including cycling, horse riding, diving and fishing.
The wonderful promenade at Fornells and delightful beaches at Arenal de Castell and Macaret are within 5kms.

Fijne locatie wel ver van de dorpjes. Ruime opzet van het appartement met heerlijke buitenruimte. Keuken scoorde het slechts qua uitrusting en kwaliteit.

O local é fantástico, calmo e o apartamento tem praticamente tudo que você precisa. O pior é a comunicação com o Expedia e proprietário. Ele não enviou o PIN de entrada do apto e não disponibilizou whatsapp para contato imediato. O telefone não atendeu e o email voltou.. só conseguimos entrar, por sorte, com uma corretora que esta tentando vender o imovel e ela tinha whatsapp. Muito ruim isso e poderia ter estragado as nossas férias! No mais a praia é fantástica, mas tem que ir de carro. Seria uma boa caminhada a pé.

Probleme mit dem Strom und Heizung, Warmwasser, Geräte ...

Ist nicht für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Keine ordentliche Heizung in den Schlafzimmern, immer kalt, nicht genug warmes Wasser, es kann nur 1 Person duschen, dauernd Stromausfälle, Toaster defekt, löst dauernd FI-Schalter aus. Wenn man die Waschmaschine oder Backrohr einschaltet, kommt es auch zum Stromausfall. Keine Möblierung im Elternschlafzimmer. Kleidung muss im Koffer bleiben. Bett im Kinderschlafzimmer blockiert die Türe. Liegt eher doch abgelegen, und hat viele Stufen, nichts für gehbehinderte Personen. Ist kein Luxus-Apartment in erster Strandlinie!!!!

Location location!

Stayed here during the DANA storms with my dad. We loved: - The proximity to the golf course and beautiful view - The pool that we had to ourselves most of the time and the lovely grounds - Spacious balcony and roof terrace with plenty of seating - Lots of room in the apartment and great air con in loving room - Bathroom was high spec - Beds comfortable (especially in master) - Kitchen brilliantly equipped - Discount at the golf club (including shop) - washing machine was very useful especially as we got caught in the storms/floods! - nicely decorated, (we liked your photographs) clean and quiet Although we loved it and wouldn't hesitate to book again we think it could be even better in the future if: - the door to the twin room could somehow be closed as it catches on the bed - a bedside table between the twin beds - a dressing table/mirror/chest of drawers in the master Finally, (a big ask I know...) - air con in one or both bedrooms. Thank you for renting us this fab apartment. I hope we will be back.

A lovely holiday. However, the advert is misleading as it was about a 25 I minute walk to the beach, not 5 as stated. The resort was quieter than we expected: many of the restaurants had closed. The advert also stipulated that golf and tennis equipment would be provided- it wasn’t. A car is definitely needed.

Nous avons apprécié l'appartement lumineux, calme avec une vue dégagée sur le golf. Le solarium est très agréable. Le temps n'étant pas favorable, nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine. A noter, il y a des escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement.

Joli appartement pour 4, résidence et piscine au top. Les deux terrasses sont vraiment parfaites. Par contre : pas de rangement pour les vêtements et il manque plusieurs choses comme aspirateur, serpillière, liquide vaisselle, produit toilette etc.. merci pour ce séjour

appartement bien placé mais pas de luxe

L'appartement est situé au clame dans le golf avec une très belle vue et la piscine de la résidence est très agréable. Les photos de l'annonce montre très bien la location pas de surprise sauf au niveau de la climatisation. Il y a qu'une seule clim très très mal placée qui ne permet pas du tout de refroidir les chambres notamment la chambre parentale où le soleil tape toute la journée et elle n'a pas de volets (que des rideaux qui ne cachent pas le jour...) Soit il faut la changer soit la mettre à un autre emplacement. Et le seul ventilateur ne marche pas, très très vieux ! Pas de rideaux dans le salon et volets fatigués assez difficiles à fermer. Coté cuisine comme les precedents locataires aucun effort de la part du proprietaire (très limitée en équipement) et ne rien laisser traîner car envahie de fourmis. Pas de papier toilette en arrivant tard c'est pas très sympa. Chambres : (pas de rangement dans la chambre parental) mais lit correct et la chambre des enfants ont des lits qui ne permettent pas de pouvoir fermer la chambre (matelas catastrophiques). l'armoire est très difficile a ouvrir et fermée. Une poubelle dans les toilettes serait bienvenue. Bref, des petits détails pas très onereux mais qui permettraient d'ameliorer le confort et d'être un peu plus attentif aux commentaires.

L'appartement était dans un état correct et globalement propre. En revanche, il manque quelques éléments pour s'y sentir bien ( table basse, armoire dans une des deux chambres) et la décoration est plutôt froide. Le plus: une vue sur le golf très agréable et un jardin avec piscine très beau.

Good apartment - could easily be better!

This apartment is in a good location (right next to the Golf Clubhouse) however it is sparsely furnished. There is no furniture at all in the main bedroom, apart from the bed. There is nowhere to put your clothes - no wardrobe, no drawers and no mirror. Fortunately there were only 2 of us so we used the second bedroom as a dressing room. There is a wardrobe in the second bedroom but still no drawers - we had to lay our undies etc out on the beds. This apartment is not really suitable for 4 adults especially as the second bedroom is quite small and is the only area for clothes to be hung. All it would take to elevate this good apartment to an excellent apartment is the addition of a chest of drawers in the main bedroom, a small coffee table in the main living area would have been useful so we did not have to put cups / glasses on the floor and a bin in the bathroom. The apartment had a fan and a vacuum cleaner - however both were broken. Our arrival information gave us detailed instructions on how to use the Tronsmart TV box - this was not in the property. There was an Amazon Firestick though if you have an Amazon account (?) On a positive note the outside spaces were well presented - sun loungers, table chairs etc. To summarise - A bit more attention to detail required as the price paid for our holiday was not reflected in the amenities in the apartment.

Chilled out weeks stay at Albatross apartments

Apartment well equipped in the great location of Son Parc, overlooking the golf course. Fab roof terrace, ideal for barbecues and evening drinks, watching the stars. Swimming pool outside the front door and excellent. Had a wonderful week and would definitely like to return.

Entspannte Tage im Albatros-Appartment

Das Appartment befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten, ruhigen Siedlung mit blühenden Blumen, grünem Rasen und einem sehr grosszügigen und immer sauberen Pool. Die helle und modern eingerichtete Wohnung ist mit allen Nützlichkeiten ausgestattet, und bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Golfanlage auf der einen und auf die Poollandschaft auf der anderen Seite. Da während unserem Aufenthalt die Temperaturen sehr hoch waren, haben wir die Annehmlichkeiten der Klimaanlage sehr geschätzt. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Auch der mit dem Auto in ca. 4 Minuten erreichbare Strand - es gäbe verschiedene - hat unseren Bedürfnissen sehr entsprochen. Wir durften tolle Ferien verbringen, herzlichen Dank!

Golf week with friends

As indicated in the starring, everything was described. Communications with Sue Kelly and her assistance was first class. The apartment is in the ideal position for golfers as it is the first apartment from the clubhouse with great views of the course. The golf course, however, has not been improved with the new holes layout and is disappointing. Hopefully, this may be improved further. Overall, we would definitely use this property again for our trips.
